About this item:
WD-40 is an all purpose liquid for displacing moisture, corrosion control, lubrication, cleaning and penetration. It has the ability to penetrate the minute grain boundaries on all metals. Although not essentially a lubricant, WD-40 is regularly used to lubricate all light machinery and electrical equipment. WD-40 protects metal from rust and corrosion, penetrates stuck or jammed parts, displaces moisture, and lubricates just about anything. WD-40 is also great when it comes to cleaning grease, grime, and other marks from most surfaces. WD-40 is a mixture of chemical concentrates suspended in a high grade petroleum distillate. It will not affect fabrics, rubbers or plastics. Its working temperature is between -100° F and +500° F. Thoroughly recommended to clean, preserve and protect all tools. The Five Basic Functions:CLEANS: WD-40 gets under dirt, marks and grease, making it easy to wipe them away. It also dissolves adhesives, allowing the easy removal of labels, tape, and stickers. PROTECTS: WD-40 protects metal surfaces with corrosion-resistant ingredients to shield against moisture and other corrosive elements. LUBRICATES: WD-40's lubricating ingredients are widely dispersed, and hold firmly to all moving parts. PENETRATES: WD-40 loosens rust-to-metal bonds and frees stuck, frozen or rusted metal parts. DISPLACES MOISTURE: Because WD-40 displaces moisture, it quickly dries out electrical systems to eliminate moisture-induced short circuits. (Remember to turn the power off before you spray). I bought this one for the house and we no longer waste money on aerosols and reduce our waste. Plus it is less expensive overall.
5.0 out of 5 stars Cheaper in the long run to refill, than to buy aerosols that run out and increase waste
Be like just like Mr Hewes, and get one of these, they are cheaper to refill, and easier to use. Before use be sure to wipe down the bottle with some dirty machine oil and you will look just like a real mechanic
5.0 out of 5 stars No leaks and good spray
I've been using the economy size WD-40 20 oz, metal spray bottle to protect outdoor metal footings in a coastal home. While the container works well it is not intended to be refilled. A little on-line searching will show you how to force off the spray head and refill from the 1 gal size WD-40.While that works, it is a pain to force off the spray head. Every time I do it I'm surprised I don't end up with broken plastic in my hands. This spray bottle is much easier and, unlike the much less expensive generic options, it is rated for WD-40 solvent.
1.0 out of 5 stars Expensive plastic bottle with a short lifespan
The spray trigger froze up after only having the product for a few months. It seems like the plastic components are not solvent rated. I contacted WD40 customer service and they told me the product has a lifespan rating of 20 weeks! Really? This was an expensive bottle. This is so disappointing. Don't waste your money Total garage product
5.0 out of 5 stars Good product for the money
Durable quality of the bottle and spray nozzle, which is easily removed and filled with the WD 40 gallon can I have with a funnel. Perfect use for my applications of lubricating window cranks and rusted nuts, bolts and fittings, etc.
4.0 out of 5 stars WD be smooth
Nice size bottle. Trigger is smooth and works for what I need.

Exactly as described
5.0 out of 5 stars My go-to WD 40 sprayer
I use a lot of WD-40 so I buy bulk liquid. This sprayer is my dispenser and it does not break down. I used some cheaper hardware sprayers but they don't last - this one has already surpassed the working time on the last couple of cheapies so It's worth the price. - at least for my needs. Will buy again.
très bien
