I've tried others that don't have the grid lines on the back and for me, I don't like as well. I do a lot of crafting projects and most recently, an ABC book for my 1yo niece. Made an ABC book for my niece 3 years ago and the book still looks new. I also use these at work and will only use this brand. They laminate well, don't curl too bad (depending on what you're laminating) and look great.

Make sure you read the "how to" instructions before attempting to laminate. It's alot harder than it looks to get that perfect matchup with the lamination.
