"Magic Rub," by Prismacolor, is one of the most pristine and outstanding erasers available on the market today. Equipped with the latest technologies in the field of graphite removal by abrasion (including pores to increase friction between eraser and stationery for maximum ease and swiftness in all erasing endeavors, and high quality vinyl which allows the user to rub out errors diligently, leaving little to no mark,) these erasers surely should be a go-to choice whenever necessary. Upon receiving a set of these truly remarkable products, one might notice that the thickness of the various erasers tends to differ. At first inspection, it might appear that this diversity in the proportions of these fine spectacles of creativity and beauty at its finest is a flaw, and must be returned at once (the prospect of which is outrageous!) However, it should be noted that this is yet another fine display of ingenuity. The variation in size is intended, as one size can surely not fit all of your different erasing needs! The beloved Magic Rub eraser is undoubtedly the prime choice for whatever project you may require it for. As such, it has the most care and effort put into it: High-quality materials, which Prismacolor spares no expense for, as your task surely is of the utmost importance. Round pores, or bubbles, in the eraser to increase abrasion and make your experience effortless. Minute amounts of shavings, to insure the quality of your work and the longevity of your eraser. On their own, these things make decent erasers. Erasers that you could find anywhere. However, together, they compose Magic Rub. However bountiful the degree of excellence is that the cardboard case displays, what is to be found on the inside is a hundredfold more. What people do is important. The fine makers of this great ideal of erasing respect that. That is why they have made the Magic Rub erasers so faultless. One could go on for hours about its many features. This eraser surely is the most marvelous creation known to man. In art, is it not the minute details that give a painting its wondrous qualities? And so, why should what you erase mistakes on said art with be less awe-inspiring? Surely this was the thought-process that went into making these high-quality erasers. They have been specially tailored to fit every whim that a person should desire. Other brands of erasers will try to subjugate you to their will, forcing you to buy low-quality, non-effective erasers. However, Magic Rub is different. Magic Rub is beautiful.

From my days in Grad school (architecture) to everyday drawing / sketching (and of course the kids’ homework)…this eraser is by far the best. 1) when its new, the squared-off edges work well on super-specific areas (like deleting a thin line in a tight space); 2) it never leaves a mark on the paper - easy to use; 3) it lasts a long, long time - very durable; 4) it’s not too soft which means it stands up to the task.

Yes yes yes! These erasers were WONDERFUL. I didn't realize I had bought a twelve-pack, but that was my fault for not looking closely at what I was buying. I kept seven and gave five to my grandparents. My grandfather uses them in his woodshop (he makes wooden pens, so he has a lot of marking to do), my grandmother uses hers for normal pencil erasing and for erasing sketch marks on canvas (she's an oil and acrylic painter), and I use them for erasing in my sketch pad and on wood that I've woodburned.Summed up: THESE ARE THE BEST ERASERS I'VE EVER USED.They erase pencil marks after I've already woodburned, which is hard for an eraser to do but really cleans it up. They work perfectly for everything my grandparents use them for, and when I erase in my sketchbook it's like I never even made a mark to start with. They're great! They also last for freaking ever. I'm only partway through my first one and I've been using it nearly every day (admittedly lightly) for a month and a half. They leave a few shavings behind, but nothing like a regular eraser. They're perfect!I've seen a few really bad reviews on here though, saying that they ordered the erasers and just got one giant one, or the box arrived smashed or the erasers were in bad condition. My recommendation for that is that you check the seller first. I ordered mine from Bolo LLC, and the ones I got were absolutely perfect, I'd give them 100 out of 5 stars if I could, and I will definitely buy them again!

I received these erasers super fast. I ordered them, and arrived the following day. The box was a little beat up which is the ONLY reason that I didn't give 5 stars. I opened the box and they were in pristine condition, and the very first use was amazing. Everything I've used it for, from regular pencil to ebony black, has "magically" disappeared. the eraser is soft enough not to scrub the paper and leave smears, but firm enough not to fall apart and disintegrate on the paper. It also doesn't leave those weird little rolls like the Pink Pearl do. All in all a perfect edition to my drawing and drafting supplies! Will definitely be purchasing again once all 12ct are gone. My new go to eraser.

Tough erasers
I would say these seem only better than average as an eraser. They are not quite the wonder eraser some reviews I read on Bolo.com seem to suggest. I still gave them five stars though, as they do seem to be very durable. They do not disintegrate like many others so on the whole they are great value for the money. I would buy again.
