I used this at the Physical Therapy Facility after my knee replacement and my therapist also showed me exercises to do with it to help my back pain, so I bought one to use at home. It is just as pictured & described. It does take up the corner of my bedroom, but I use it often enough, with great benefit, so I don’t really mind it taking up so much space. It is very thick and will probably last a lifetime ! Good price.

Some exercise balls warp with use, but this stays round and is great quality. Great value compared to other exercise balls.

Most yoga balls I've had before came with pumps of their own. Like all times in life, when you need something, that's of course when you can't find it. Upon opening, I realized there was no pump included and my bf attempted it blow it up like a balloon, with the little air nozzle attachment provided. LOL, definitely did not get to max inflation, but the material is great. I use the same ball at the Chiropractor's office, so I decided to purchase it since I liked it so much. TheraBand is a great brand and the ball feels sturdy. The material is thick and the ball, despite not being a matte texture like most yoga balls nowadays, is pretty grippy. I prefer this material. I'll be fairly happy if/when I can find my pump to inflate this thing. For now, it's sitting in my living room as a deflated balloon so that the wrinkles and folds will go away.

First ordered the yellow (45cm) ball, then ordered the red (55cm) ball.The Yellow - States made in USA. Came with black marks on it and appeared to have dirt on it, maybe opened or returned before? Even the tools were dirty. Not a huge deal. Biggest issue was size- could only get it blown up to 41cm as tight as would possibly go. Would never feel safe using it blown up that way, and ultimately will return bc it’s way too small (pics for reference compared to red 55cm).The Red-States Made in China? Did manufacturing change? Knockoff? Blew up to correct size (55cm) easily and feels safe. Appears clean and unused. Came with a different shorter inflation attachment piece than the yellow one did (pictured) that is actually much easier to use and stays inside the ball without you having to manually hold it in while you’re pumping.Other notes: does NOT come with inflation pump. Super inconvenient. But inflation piece does attach to bike pump if you have one. Considering getting the PRO series. Supposed to deflate slowly if there is a hole instead of bursting. Theraband is what my physical therapy uses but realized afterward they use the PRO series and there is a difference in feel of the product. May not matter if using for exercise, but when recovering after ortho surgery I would surely be hurt if this ball burst like in some of the photos here.

I am 5' 5" tall female and the blue ball was recommended for me to do my meniscus repair on. So far the ball is keeping the air in. I had no problem inflating with a pump I was using on another half ball as it didn't come with the Theraband exercise ball.
