As someone who has been a voracious reader for more than 7 decades, my interests have ranged from the hardcore scientific to the often strange esoteric. While browsing on Bolo I came across this 64-page soft cover volume (The fountain of youth: Learn to talk to your cells and extend your life by Kaamran Hafeez) and I decided to purchase it.This is one of the strangest and unusual small concise books I have read lately on the subject of “The fountain of youth.” Unlike other books claiming to have the secrets of the “fountain of youth,” by taking pills or special water, this one explores the topic from a unique perspective and claims by talking to your cells you can extend your life. In this respect, the approach this author takes is unique and actually easy to use if you are willing to take the time and follow the simple and clear directions.If you are interested in fountain of youth by use of your own consciousness you may want to check out this unusual but interesting bookRating: 4 Stars. I have had one copy for several months but have only starting using the advice with great results. I just ordered two copies for friends. The only negative I find is the author's use of "channelers" which is unnescarry and distract from the theme.
