Steel Ball Run is truly the best part of the entire series. I read it online 2.5 years ago and have been waiting with bated breath for an official English release, because I wanted to own it, and I was NOT let down!! It’s so beautiful! I love that it combines two volumes into one so you don’t have to buy as many, you get more bang for your buck, and it’s full sized like a novel. The hardcover is amazing quality too. I’m so happy with it!! If you’re even considering buying this DO IT!!! You will not regret it! Like I said it’s been two years since I read this and I’m normally the kind of person who gets really into something for a while then moves onto something else and focuses on that instead but even after 2.5 years and finding new things this is still my favorite alongside One Piece. I truly think this is the peak of Araki’s writing! There’s so much more depth to the characters and the story than any previous part of JoJo’s and honestly MOST media I see. You watch the characters grow and they actually feel like real people as opposed to perfect protagonists like you see in a lot of other animes that can do no wrong. These characters make mistakes, they have realistic emotion, and they don’t always do the right thing. I truly love this more than I can put into words.

I am SO happy we have an official english translation. Already read a fan translation, but now I can add this part.If you are unfarmiliar with Jojo, and wanna know what's the hubbub about... Starting here would be okay (although you really should watch the anime on netflix now to get the themes, etc).This is NOT a continuation of Stone Ocean, he basically "rebooted" the series at this point, parts 1-6, are NOT connected to this.Can't wait for the anime, this is regarded as the best parts (tho Jojolands is starting to pick up).

I can't believe this is finally being published in English! SBR is my favorite part of this long-running series, and honestly serves as a great jumping-on point. Heck, this first volume features almost none of its usual gruesome supernatural battles, but is instead an exciting horse race. Literally.

This is the best part of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure by far in my opinion. I couldn’t recommend this series more to anyone as it is so versatile to the point anyone can watch and enjoy it.Bolo delivered my preorder in perfect condition and everything worked out great. I’m excited for the preorder of the second volume to be released and shipped as well.

I purchased this in preparation for the anime, not disappointed at all. I can see why it's such an acclaimed jojo part. Great read so far, im trying to pace myself but it's difficult, pre ordering the next volume soon 10/10

Package was shipped almost immediately and was packaged with a lot of care. The book was not damaged in any way. It's a gorgeous book. There is a super small stain on one of the pages, but does not take away from the overall page, so it is ok.
