My 2 year old grandson had the Little Red Barn book and we read it until it fell apart. I decided to buy it again for a Christmas gift and bought the set of 4. He loves them!

I bought this set two years ago and two of my grandkids were really enjoying reading those board books together. Now they passed it to their 18 month cousin and they became his favorites. The books are so colorful, the art is amazing, the rhymes are easy for him to learn and shout the last word or words that are behind the flap even before those little hands open a flap. Books are small and very cute, they are just right for the toddler hands and pages are thick, so it makes it easier to turn without slipping any. To my surprise - neither flap was damaged or ripped out after being so much loved and almost everyday used by my older grandkids. If this set was not now "inherited", I would definitely buy it again for my youngest grandkids

The media could not be loaded. I always worry when my toddler is playing with lift flap books because more often than not it ends with a ripped page and tears. These lift flap books are nice and chunky, and the story is engaging enough I don’t mind reading it a few times in a row. Perfect for animal loving babies, there’s a lot of critters to point out throughout the pages.

We read these to my 19 month old son all the time now. His favorite is the Little Yellow Bee and the Little Green Frog because the illustrations in those particular books have so many details of plants, flowers, strawberries, and other critters besides the ones referred to in the main story. We ask him to find and point to the various items on the page kind of like a Where's Waldo search (i.e. Can you point to a mushroom? Can you point to a butterfly? Where is the frog/bee? etc.). Plus the pages are thick and easy to turn and vibrantly colored. Overall great quality product. This would make a fantastic birthday or holiday gift for the toddler in your life.

My grandson loved these from day one (over a year ago). Perfect size for toddlers. Simple story lines with colorful, fun artwork. Easy to open flaps.

I purchased this book set for the thick flaps as my baby has a tendency to rip others. Both the flaps and pages are very thick, possibly too thick. Took a little while for my 9-month-old to realize how these thick flaps work and he still needs some assistance opening them. I really enjoy reading these books due to the beautiful artwork, but I don't think my baby likes them as much as I do. Unlike other books, he tries to flip through the pages as fast as he can as if he is bored. Hopefully, he will like them more as he gets older.

Schöne Geschichten und schöne Bilder! Meinen kleinen auch schon mal an die Englische Sprache heran zu führen macht hiermit Spaß! Ebenso ist es auch schön auch einfach mal die Bilder an zu schauen und in deutscher Sprache zu erzählen. Schönes Format/ schöne Größe. Sehr zu empfehlen!
