The Apothecary Diaries 01 (Manga), does an excellent job of setting the stage and introducing a memorable cast of characters. Maomao's resourcefulness shines through, and the glimpses into the workings of the imperial court are captivating. The artwork is also lovely and enhances the overall experience. I'm already invested and looking forward to reading more!

this was an amazing volume one and i absolutely cannot wait to continue on with this story! i really love this, and maomao is such an amazing protagonist. i can’t wait to read more about her and her adventures!in this volume one, we are introduced to our main character, maomao, who was kidnapped and sold to the empire, and is now a maidservant in the inner court. but she soon gets a promotion when her apothecary talents are discovered, and her aid is needed in solving the mystery of the deaths of the heirs born from the consorts in the inner palace. and then… she becomes a food taster and starts to help with more apothecary needs - from chocolate making to solving another mystery of a ghost dancing atop the palace!

The anime of this title is amazing, I don’t want to wait forever to see it, so decided to read the manga, I love how the anime is just like the manga. Can’t wait to read the rest!

I came from Crunchyroll’s anime series and I’ve grown impatient for the episodes lol that’s how sooo good this one is. Me as the impatient viewer and a manga lover I do recommend this for anyone out there.

Eu gostei muito de ler este manga. O mesmo tem um enrendo muito interessante de ser explorado bem como uma arte, que na minha opinião, é muito realista e bonita. A personagem principal tem uma personalidade forte, é calculista, tem sabedoria e é muito inteligente. As restantes personagens costumam aparecer, acompanhadas por sua história e é muito bom de ser explorado. O resolver de mistérios e puder ver os pensamentos da personagem principal, é uma experiência mesmo boa. Resumindo, eu recomendo a compra deste manga, só acho que podiam abaixar um pouquinho o preço e este costuma demorar um pouco mais a chegar, tirando isso, amei.
