In my 20 years of experience in higher education this may be one of the best books I've read around the future of higher education. Ryan Craig frames the current state but more importantly gives an almost step-by-step guide on how to transform the education industry with the apprenticeship model. This book is a must read for any institution that is working on innovative solutions within the workforce development space.

I think this is a great resource for understanding the complexities of the current state of the development of skilled learning. There are a couple of spots heavy with statistics, but they are all necessary to present an accurate picture. The book is well-written and worth sticking through to the end.
