A tender and honest exploration of the ways we hurt each other and how we make amends. I love this story, I had seen the movie first, and while I still think it’s incredible, reading the comic is such a wonderful way to spend time with these lovely, flawed, deeply human characters.

So glad I got the box set + the dvd for a solid deal. The box set included: the completed manga, a poster, and a replica of Shoko's communication notebook. All were in great condition and I loved it :)

One of my favorite series of all time. If you like the movie as much as I did, then you're bound to love the box set since it goes more in depth with all the characters and has a little bit leftover that wasn't adapted from the movie.

I love this manga’s story so much.. I think it may be my favorite out of all that I’ve read.It has such a powerful and emotional message of forgiveness and desire to change, while also providing an unfortunately fairly accurate representation of the struggles that the deaf community may face within the all too common unaccommodating and neglectful spaces.

I kept thinking though, "I should give it another try..." so half a year later, I revisited the film and suddenly fell in love with it. That's what got me to buy the manga which ended up being just as good. Compared to the film, the manga has more character interactions which really improves certain people. It also goes further than the film, as the characters talk about what they'll do after high school which makes you wonder: "What would happen to them after high school?" If you've watched the film already, this is a great addition that can make you experience the story in a different way. If you haven't watched the film and want to read the manga, go for it. I would personally recommend both, but whatever you do, A Silent Voice is absolutely worth it.

Die A Silent Voice Complete Series Box Set ist ein absolutes Highlight für Manga-Liebhaber. Die Geschichte ist unglaublich tiefgründig, emotional und regt zum Nachdenken an. Jede Ausgabe ist hochwertig verarbeitet, und das komplette Set sieht toll im Regal aus.Die Charakterentwicklung über die Serie hinweg ist beeindruckend, und die Themen rund um Schuld, Vergebung und Freundschaft werden auf sehr sensible Weise behandelt. Für mich war es eine berührende Lektüre, die ich nicht aus der Hand legen konnte. Definitiv eine klare Empfehlung!

Il prodotto è arrivato in condizioni discrete, con qualche imperfezione, per cui non metterò 5 stelle. Per quanto riguarda il manga in sé è bellissimo, e lo consiglio a chiunque cerchi una storia profonda e dei personaggi ben caratterizzati.
