The photos are nice too.

Gorgeous cookbook: beautiful stories and writing along with the recipes and photos. She’s a fantastic storyteller and I love that it connects to the food and cultures. Because of her writing, I’m using this and Saffron Tales as reading books to my niece and nephews as part of the home economics and cultural lessons at-home.

This is one of the best cookbooks I've ever encountered. We got this as part of a cook-book-club and tasted probably two dozen recipes from the book and only one out of all of those we tried wasn't an absolute slam dunk.

Foto bellissime, ricette sfiziose, si viaggia nella cultura palestinese attraverso la cosa più intima che possa esistere: il cibo. Sfogliare e leggere questo libro ti fa tornare la stessa gioia di quando - da bambini - si leggevano i libri di fiabe...L'autrice è da seguire anche su instagram perchè aggiorna continuamente il suo profilo con foto e ricette stupende!

I love this cook book, have gifted 2 copies and used it for many meals. Some of these places have irrevocably changed since the books writing but the stories and food are beautiful - a treasure.
