5.0 out of 5 stars One of My Favorites from the Series
I really enjoyed this book. Out of all the Fazbear Frights books, this one has to be in my top five, if not my top three. As a heads up, the second story is rather depressing and the twist at the end of the third story I found to be rather abrupt. (Not unexpected, but abrupt.) So yeah. If you’re looking for a reader age rating, this is definitely one of the books that was intended for pre-teens/teens due to the darker and sadder themes. (As a FNAF fan, I enjoyed it even though I’m older than the intended age range. We do love ourselves some good theorizing material~)Have a box of tissues nearby for the second story. I don’t think any of these will keep anyone up at night (unless it’s puzzling over lore implications). Again, I really enjoyed this one and it’s probably up there on my list, right underneath my all-time favorite, book 7, The Cliffs. Also note on book quality—I just recently got back from camping where I took this and a few other Fazbear Frights books with me. They held up pretty well for paperbacks, although two of them got a little bent/warped in my backpack. I would recommend putting them in a ziplock bag if you’re going to be in a wet or jostling place.I hope you enjoy~
5.0 out of 5 stars Wonderful and beautifully written reading for all-ages and interest!
Not a regular reader at all! But something about wanting to learn more and more about lore and the world of FNaF just draws me in! I absolutely love how these stories are setup, blending everyday situations to a realistic surrealism! Each story very interwoven seamlessly to keep you hooked the right way and wanting more and more! It’s definitely a catch and hooked series! I’ve gone back already to the one’s i missed cause of this one! And I haven’t even talked about the FNaF world yet! Such a simple premise that just keeps expanding often to such a ridiculous degree you wonder if things are really are as they seem! And that’s the catch i think! Questioning such ludicrous things and to be brought back to reality with it as well is what I’ve been reading and seriously hitting that Scary-itch! I highly recommend this series of books! I can’t wait to read the next one!
5.0 out of 5 stars Best One Yet
The sixth instalment of the Fazbear Frights series has been favourite by far. First off, delivery wise the book came safe and early. The stories are very well written and show a lot of emotion even through the horror angle. The first one, Blackbird, was simple but effective on how the past can haunt a person. The second one, The Real Jake, is truly a sad story that made tears well up in my eyes and is a strongly well worded, paced and emotional. The third one, Hide and Seek, is the weakest one of the three but that’s not saying much, it returns to the horror angle and while it isn’t as enjoyable as the others it’s still a great chapter.Overall some of the best stuff Scott Cawthon, Kelly Parra and Andrea Waggner have ever written. Big recommend for those who wanted more of the emotional aspects of the books and less on the horror.
5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing book!
I loved the first story and the last, but the second one was sad.The first story has a good ending ig?The second story is just sadThe last one has a twistOver all it was amazing
4.0 out of 5 stars Story's starting to sound alike
So I have been reading through all of the Fazbear frights books and this one was overall really good I enjoyed the imagery and suspense in the first and third stories but the second story wasn't really creepy but did have an ending that leads to creepy conclusions. but my main complaint is that the stories are starting to all use the same setup of a character being pursued by an evil force and it kinda takes away from creepyness of the stories. That being said I still highly recommend you buy this
