Love this set so much! We got it for my 3 year old for Xmas and she read all the books and looked on every single page. Highly recommend for a princess or Disney lover! Can’t wait to read these for years to come.it has 12 princess stories in it so you can learn about each princesses story.

If you want to be a star at the party and outshine all the other relatives gifts to your little birthday princess, this book set could be a sure bet. In fact she stopped opening the remaining presents and wanted to just start reading the stories right then and there.The books are short but not too short, the illustrations are suitable (with the style exceptions that other reviewers have pointed out) and well done, the quality is good for the price and the box for the set looks durable enough to pass on to the next generation if not abused. A few of the stories seem slightly disjointed to me and could've been written better, but fine literature it's not. It is fodder for four year olds.The twelve books cover most of the currently popular princesses that I'm aware of and all the heroines our newly-minted four year old knows about. She has also just started reading so these are proving to be a good incentive for her. She really is "princess crazy" right now so these are a big hit.

My 3-year-old got the Ultimate Princess Boxed Set of 12 Little Golden Books for Christmas, and it was a total hit! She absolutely loves it!At her age, sitting still for stories can sometimes be a challenge, especially when there’s a lot of text on the pages. But since she’s already familiar with the princesses and their movies, it made a big difference. My daughter is in love with this Disney princess golden book collection! She asks for several stories every night and sleeps with the collection by her bed. The books themselves are sturdy and what you expect from the classic golden book collections.

I took a chance on this Princess Boxed Set of 12 Little Golden Books because I remembered the gold edges from my childhood. After my daughter opened it, everyone—my wife, her mom, sister, and grandma—asked where I got it and assumed I must have spent a fortune. This set is definitely a beautiful collection at a great price, perfect for any daughter to have as a keepsake she’ll treasure forever. I did good this time!

Nice little box of books. I expected the containing box (the blue thing in the picture) to be flimsy light cardboard, but it’s actually a kind of much sturdier cardboard covered in some sort of cloth like texture? Not sure how to explain that but anyway, it’s better quality than I expected. Of course the books inside are classics with classic illustrations and loved by the kids.

My princess obsessed 4 year old daughter loves the little golden books. the cover is so pretty and the pictures are great. she loves to follow my finger as i read her the words at bedtime. hardest part is her picking which one she wants to read first each night, sometimes she can't choose just one!

Excellent Bed Time Reading

The stories do take a few liberties with the content, especially if one is familiar with the cartoons. Regardless, they are still enjoyable and we've been reading one every night (after watching the cartoon). The princess can't get enough. I am surprised by the vocabulary, I had expected much easier reading, but there were a few challenging words (this is a good thing) that the princess will have trouble with in a few years when she reads them for herself.
