My family really enjoyed the taste of the oil after cooking. Even I did. This was also one of the cheapest flaxseed oils per litre out there, so totally going to buy it again!

PROS-a nice tasting oil, slightly nutty with a hint of olive-oil-like bitter-cold pressed and organic, kudos to the company to this commitment-I use flaxseed oil because it’s high in the Omega-3 fatty acid ALA (many purported health benefits, but I urge you to read up on it yourself)-great in salad dressings, but I also dip focaccia bread into it (with some balsamic) in place of olive oil. I like that it’s cold-pressed and free from additives or preservatives. Knowing it’s vegan, non-GMO, and unrefined gives me confidence in the quality. I’ve been adding it to smoothies and salads, and it’s an easy way to get more Omega-3s in my diet.

ch habe dieses Leinöl getestet und war positiv überrascht. Der Geschmack ist angenehm mild, leicht nussig und erinnert im Abgang ein wenig an die feine Bitternote von Olivenöl. Es handelt sich um ein kaltgepresstes Bio-Produkt, was ich sehr schätze – hier zeigt der Hersteller ein klares Bekenntnis zu Qualität und Nachhaltigkeit.Der Hauptgrund, weshalb ich Leinöl nutze, ist der hohe Gehalt an Omega-3-Fettsäuren. Diese werden mit verschiedenen gesundheitlichen Vorteilen in Verbindung gebracht, auch wenn sich jeder selbst ein Bild machen sollte. Gerade bei einer Diät verwende ich dieses Öl z.B. gerne morgens im Joghurt oder einfach per Teelöffel.Im Alltag verwende ich das Öl sehr vielseitig: Es passt hervorragend in Salatdressings, schmeckt aber auch köstlich, wenn man ein knuspriges Brot zusammen mit etwas Balsamico hineindippt – eine tolle Alternative zu Olivenöl.
