I ordered these as at certain times of the month and in hot weather I’m prone to bloating and water retention.I found the supplements easy to swallow with no bitter aftertaste. There’s enough in the container for 2 months supply when taken as directed.The ingredients look to be all natural and I did find them effective, helping reduce the size of my stomach and making me feel more comfortable.They seem to be priced in line with similar products and for the quality and quantity, I consider them good value for money.

Dandelion not only get rid of water but helps digestion and is so very good for the body in so many ways.I would say do some reseach it in.It has been used for centuries with success and is fabulously helpful to health in many ways. It does far more than get rid of swollen ankles..This is a good quality one.I have a fliud collection problem and it works really , really well for me.No side effects except the best ones of getting rid of IBS and digestive issues as well as excess fluid.A great supplement which i will long continue to take.
