Lots of fun, plenty of variety, but could be built stronger

This set is a lot of of fun, my son instantly loved it. There's lots of variety with the construction vehicles, with a dump truck, excavator, bulldozer and more. Plenty of variety to push dig and dump the dirt. The included "dirt" or "sand" material is fun to dig and will help scratch the itch of missing his outside sandbox over the winter. And it all stores in the integrated case making cleanup and storage simple and easy. The set has multiple levels with a ramp the vehicles can drive up, so there's variety there too. Quite a lot to do in this little set!I have to take a star off however because of one big issue: durability. It does not feel durable at all, and I can easily see the little vehicles and set getting broken and damaged over time. Lots of very thin plastic parts which are not going to hold up to rough play over time. It's a shame that it's not built strong as the concept is a lot of fun.

Neat Toy to Push a Youngster's Imagination

Pretty darn cool set and worth the money, even though most everything is made from plastic (except the "lunch box" / carrying tin). I can see my grandson getting many hours of enjoyment from this set, and I have to say, my favorite thing in the box is the "sand". I don't know how they did it, but this stuff looks like real sand and the tractors / equipment can scoop it up and move it to another location (we will see how durable the sand stays, but for now, it is very - very cool). If you have a son / grandson / daughter / granddaughter that is infatuated with heavy equipment / they are going to really love this set. As a grandfather, I am going to love the self contained nature of this toy....allowing for it to all be stored within the carrying case / tin. My grandson's imagination is going to get a really good workout with this toy.

Solid construction set for the children in your life

This construction toy playset from CAT is a sturdy little set. The equipment toys have a solid build, and it comes with smaller items like signs and barriers. The case is a metal lunch-box type container but both sides open, making it a platform to put up the ramps and crane. The case is also the storage tin, making it great for, well, storage, but also a compact toy to travel with. With five 3-inch vehicles it’s a great toy for collaborative play for the girls and boys in your life. It’s durable enough for outside play. There’s a lot of play packed into this small set!

Fun, Interactive Set, Smaller Than Expected

This is a fun and creative set that does keep my 4 year old entertained. The reusable dirt and little machines make it interactive, and the portable tin case is a nice touch for storage or travel.That said, the set is on the smaller side, and the advertised 19 pieces is a bit misleading. Many pieces are tiny signs that don’t add much to the play experience. It can get a bit messy, but for the most part, it’s worth it for the engagement it provides.

This is a great new item for the young ones that want to play construction. It all fits in a case that resembles a lunch box but hold these construction trucks and equipment. The vehicles are well made and lets you know they will last. They are made to withstand the abuse of the kids playing with these toys.The price was reasonable and the kids love them. They are great fun inside or outdoors. Where ever they are played with, you will enjoy them.
