Simplifies harm reduction and creates a nice breath sensory effect

This little device doesn't quite have the resistance of a typical cig or vape drag (that milkshake straw-thick pull) but it does simulate the feeling of pulling on a nic device, especially when you hold the bottom to block more of the air and create more resistance. I put a few drops of tea tree essential oil in the filter and it does produce a bit of a throat hit, which I like. I realize that a third of my addiction to vaping is the hand-to-mouth aspect, another third is the throat sensation, and the final thirds is the actual nic. So this covers 2/3rds of my problem, making it easier to simplify my harm reduction process, both mentally and physically.The product itself is high quality metal, easy to clean. It comes with a nice chain, a felt bag, and some extra filters. Beautiful in its simplicity. There's a little personal note in there, seemingly from the product maker. A great value for the cost. It does not produce any smoke or vapor, so you're not inhaling anything harmful, but the downside is it doesn't replace the fun of blowing out smoke or vapor. But your partner will certainly appreciate getting up close and personal with your face after a hit of thing thing than a hit from a nic device.

Probably great for cigarette smokers

I used to smoke many years ago and personally would of loved to have something like this to replace it. I didn't know about any tools like this, all i knew of was the nicotine gum which was gross - so i just quit cold turkey as they say. But when i saw it, I wanted to give this to my daughter who is trying to stop vaping. She was very pleased with the presentation and likes the look of the silver necklace. She immediately put it on and was intrigued with the idea. In practice however, she doesn't feel it helps. Breathing in it gives her anxiety and she still wants to vape. I think smoking and vaping must be two very different beasts. So perhaps this isn't good for some one that vapes. It might be better suited for helping some one quit smoking cigarettes. I think vapers are going to need extra assistance. If you are a cigarettes smoker, and you want to quit- i suspect this would be a very useful tool. As the addiction level after a couple days, is less about the nicotine and more about replacing the comforting repetitive "action" and just calming down. Which this tool slows your breath and induces a similar effect on the brain as a cigarettes. I smoked for 13 years and the nicotine is out of your system in a matter of days. What i missed was the action of smoking and the social networking with my smoking buddies and strangers alike. I think vapers have a slightly larger problem than cigarette smokers who are used to repetitive actions and anxiety. *I* think those that vape have more of a chemical dependence like meth heads than your old classic cigarette smoker. So i would say give this to your smoking buddies to say i love you, not your vape ones. Your vaping friends will need something more than this tool.

So for me I think this meditation inhaler is going to be great. As a former smoker (who thinks about just having one because something stressful is going on) and someone with anxiety, holding this with your hands and inhaling and exhaling in a slower pace gives me some relief. Kinda of like tricking your brain that you're smoking by putting the inhaler to your mouth and breathing. I would recommend this to someone who's trying to quit or has anxiety , You just have to try it for yourself. Disclosure: This product was received for free as part of the Bolo Vine Program. I ordered this to help me stop vaping and it's a work in progress. Not because of this necklace it's simply because my nicotine addiction. This helps with the hand to mouth fixation and you can feel a small puff of air when you hit it which helps a lot for me. It easily comes part to change the filter and even comes with 3 extra filters too. Instead of wearing it as a necklace I've been wearing it around my wrist which helps me use it more and lose it less.

Cool breathing aid and very neat concept

This breathing necklace is really cool. I've used a few before, but they were just tubes. This has a special design that controls your breath. It also has a cotton insert that the pamphlet said could be scented (lavender, lemon, etc), but I haven't tried that yet. I do like how much resistance it gives, so you feel like you're actually dragging on something. I think this will help with anxiety and habit-breaking. Plus, it's cute! It looks like just a neat necklace and fits my vibe very well. It functions as advertised and is high-quality. Very nice! Definitely worth it!
