It's so light to carry around. My daughter has been using the pads on her lower back pain .So far it has seems to be helping with relaxing the muscles. I have problems with circulation in my legs. I have noticed an improvement after only 3 sessions of 1 hour each . So far so good.

I must admit to being slightly sceptical regarding the claims made by the makers of this and similar devices. But I went ahead and bought it and have noticed a real improvement in my lower limb blood circulation in three days of use. I had been getting a numbing sensation in my toes recently and have followed all of the medical advice without much success. Three days of two 30 minute sessions on the Dancespot and the numbness has reduced dramatically as has the pains in my left knee.I have tried the Tens pads on my back to ease the pains I often get and have noticed an improvement there too.This is a compact, very easy to use and highly efficient aid to blood circulation. The levels of power and intensity need to be tailored to your own requirements and at full power it is incredulous to see your leg and ankle muscles twitch as themachine performs its cycle. I have since reduced the level to 15 as I find it ideal for me.This is an exceptional machine which offers superb performance at a cost far below the 'named' equivalents which rely on 'so called personality' endorsements. Highly recommended.
