The delivery was right on time, and the team was friendly, efficient, and careful with everything. Also customer service were incredibly helpful, and quick to respond. MashaAllah, it's a good quality product. The seller was helpful describing the product before purchasing. Received the bed a day before the expected date. Communication was very clear throughout.Fitting instructions are a bit complicated but there are YouTube videos available for more visual fitting support. The seller offered help and even the delivery team too for assembling the bed.But I'm too good at this, hence didn't need it lol. Love my King Size bed and not to mention the Gas Lift function, it's a saver if you're looking for extra space underneath.Definately recommend the product.
