GLP-1 jabs are all the rage at the moment, but is it possible for these capsules to perform the same function at just 10% of the cost? Sort of...Having used these for a few days, I believe they have somewhat lessened my appetite, but they don't deliver the complete effect of making you physically unable to eat like the injections do.They suggest taking 2 capsules a day with food, and after a few days I started noticing that I wasn't as hungry, but I could still eat if I wanted to.The capsules themselves have no smell, taste or aftertaste and are fairly small and easy to take with a little bit of water.The GLP-1 activation ingredients include; Hops Flower Extract, Gymnema Sylvestre, Eriocitrin, Green Tea Extract and Hesperidin. Which all have very limited clinical trials regarding their actual GLP-1 effectiveness. Although that's not to say that they don't have other health benefits (green tea extract especially).Hesperidin could also be a blood thinner so be aware of this if you're on any anticoagulants.Ultimately, these aren't a magic solution that will immediately cause weight loss, but I believe they contain some quality components that can assist and complement a diet. They cost just over 60p a day which is an affordable price.

I ordered this supplement as part of the Vine program, in exchange for my honest review.It's taken me a while to get around to writing this review because I wanted to give them a good trial first, but me being the scatterbrained ADHD person that I am....I kept forgetting to take them! 😂Firstly, they seem like a good quality item, the labelling and ingredients are clear. The vegan capsules are quite large but they are a standard size for health supplement capsules, so if you've ever bought supplements with a powder mixture inside a clear casing then you'll likely already know what to expect size wise. I find them easy to swallow with a drink of water, but obviously not everyone will.They have no discernable taste or aftertaste and when I actually do remember to take them, they do seem to be effective. I wasn't sure at first if they were helping but then I realised that I was less hungry on the days I'd taken them and was having less sweet cravings. They didn't stop me from eating, but when I actually thought about it...I wasn't eating because I was actually hungry...just mainly habit and boredom with a slight peckishness and I did feel full a bit faster than usual whenever I was actually hungry beforehand. I have taken them both at night and in the morning and I didn't notice them keeping me awake or anything whenever I'd taken them at night, which is good because I'm also an insomniac and I'd wondered if the green tea element would keep me awake, as I often find it does. After trial and error, I think I get more benefit from them by having them in the morning or splitting the dose during the day.Overall they do seem to be starting to help me the way I'd hoped they would and if I can keep remembering to take them daily then hopefully the benefits will increase too.Compared to pharmaceutical weight loss pills and injections etc, these are a natural, much cheaper alternative that I would recommend giving a go for yourself. Obviously as it's only a herbal supplement, it won't work miracles overnight if you're trying to lose loads of weight (like me lol) but they do seem to offer a helping hand.....when you remember to take them! 🫠😂

These capsules arrived very quickly in clear and secure packaging. The list of ingredients was clear and there are a whole range of natural ingredients.The pack contains 60 capsules so, with 2 per day, that is about a months’ supply. I have been having 1 per day initially as I often suffer from a sensitive stomach. I have had no trouble with these those so will be moving to 2 per day.I certainly feel less like snacking between meals as I did before and hopefully that continues. It is definitely a slow and steady process but results are noticeable.A good price compared to similar products.I would recommend.
