Really happy with mine! I was using my oven before this and a pizza stone which was just ok. I’d get pizzas, but not the kind of pizza I wanted.It takes about 24 minutes for this one to heat up to max on the top and bottom. A thin pizza in there will cook in just a couple of minutes … there’s very little headroom inside the oven, and anything too tall will get burnt on the top quickly (like a bun or something).We’re very happy with ours, and keep it on a table outside of our kitchen. At first I used it inside and smoked my entire house out, so I’d recommend that you use this either in a covered area outside or your garage or something. It will 100% fill your entire house with a ton of smoke.

Sometimes it's a perfect frisbee, sometimes it's more like a clingy blob of sadness. But through all my doughy tribulations, the Chefman oven has been a shining beacon of consistency.This oven gets HOT, and it cooks fast, delivering that crispy crust and perfectly melted cheese you dream of. It's so easy to use, heats up quickly, and cleaning is a breeze - just make sure you wait a few hours for it to cool down.So, whether you are an experienced pizza chef or just starting out like me, this oven is a great choice. It takes the guesswork out of the cooking, leaving you free to perfect your dough (or, in my case, just embrace the rustic charm of oddly shaped pizzas). Highly recommend this oven... now, if you'll excuse me, I hear my dough calling for its hourly pep talk.
