Wasn’t sure if this would work but was amazed. I took first tablet with my breakfast it started working aroma 7 hours later which timing wise for me was not good. The next day I took it at lunch time which meant it started working around 7.30pm when I was safely at home!The colon cleanse is strong and from 7.30 til midnight I went to toilet around 4 times and after 4 days use I have lost 5lbs and feel so much better with no bloating.

The capsules, 10 in the bottle, are not too big, but a bit bulky. They are transparent, so you can see the brown powder in each. The bottle had a tightly fitted security seal under the cap.A single one of these capsules is incredibly powerful. I took one at the end of a bloated evening, then went to bed at around 02.00 the following morning. At around 05.45 I felt a powerful stomach cramp - you know the type. But the bed was very comfortable, so I didn't want to move, so I lingered, because the cramps subsided. But by 08.30 there was no doubt of the direction in which things were proceeding and I could no longer just relax in bed. A full half an hour later I felt as light as a feather. This is not a process which can be rushed. These are not capsules which can be taken if you have early morning plans. The process of rolling cramps is powerful, so much so that halfway through I experienced a mild sensation of nausea and had to indulge in some deep breathing exercises (eucalyptus tissues). That one capsule got rid of 90% of the bloat on the first occasion, with the remainder following around 3 hours later. All normal, no watery stuff, just bulk. Soft bulk, so no risk of injury, but bulk all the same. After that, my body felt normal again. I am impressed.This is far better than any similar product I've tried in the past and I can certainly understand why there are only 10 capsules in the bottle. Well worth the £6.99 in my book. I shan't need the other 9 for a good long time (hopefully not), but if you ever find yourself in need of a good moving agent, give this a try.NB: Definitely NOT for children. And you need to be very strong to withstand the cramps which you will experience.

I picked up a stomach bug and had cramps for a few days, plus a gurgling tummy. I wanted to try this to make sure there were no parasites and to do a bit of a cleanse. I decided to try one during a weekend while I wasn't at work. I took one before bed and in the early hours, I got some tummy cramps and the urge to visit the toilet. After this, I felt much better and a lot emptier without the bloated roiling tummy feeling. I decided not to take anymore and the next day, I felt back to normal again. These would be great for constipation and bloating. £6.99 seems very reasonable when these take care of discomfort. It was easy to swallow too.

I'm not here to tell anyone whether this will work or not because constipation is a very individual issue with various causes. This formula is jam packed with the usual suspects, with Senna & Cascara both being stimulant laxatives. I'm somewhat concerned about the 200mg quantity of the Senna as the maximum dosage if you're buying Senna normally is 15mg whereas this looks set to deal with the problems of a herd of elephants. For this reason I observe caution. It's possible that the 200mg is somehow a weaker version but still.If you haven't taken a stimulant laxative before this could prove rather harsh & as this comes in capsules as opposed to tablets that can be halved or quartered to start off low & slow its probably best to be near facilities. The addition of probiotics isn't going to help much as this will just be flushed out of your system (hopefully rapidly) as will the other positive ingredients. These would have been better as a two step program with the aloe vera, probiotic separate. The psyllium is fibre so again, it would be better to leave that alone until the job is done. Because of this combination it's very difficult to say how this will suit most people. As the 'program' is over 5 days then for most the general effects should be mild enough & the fibre isn't enough to clog you up while you're trying to clear out. You must drink plenty of fluids with psyllium so don't miss that out or you're wasting your money here.Do take the advice not to repeat this very often as too much Senna can do for your liver. The caps are average sized, have no odour. The bottle comes double safety sealed with a long expiry date.Only you can decide if this is for you but if all else is failing these are worth a cautious try for a once in a while home remedy.

I am very impressed with these bowel cleansing tablets as they contain natural ingredients and probiotics.I take many different tablets for health problems so my bowels can play up a bit.I found gentle relief after a few days.I think the price of £6.99 is very reasonable and it is currently under Bolo's save 5% on any four items.
