Each serving, which is two scoops, has 10g protein from whey isolate and 10g from collagen giving 20g total in 1 serving. For added bonus there's a touch of salt and a good dose of vitamin C and D. Calories are pretty decent too at only 84 per serving... Not quite as good as just noshing on a chicken breast but still OK.The apple and raspberry flavour tasted good, not quite natural but not overly synthetic or sweet and well within my tolerance margin. Very easy to mix in a protein shaker, didn't go lumpy and mixed well. It does leave quite a bit of foam on the top after shaking but this didn't really bother me and didn't really make it messy, difficult to drink or to clean up after.It's currently on offer at £15 per tub, a tub contains only 10 servings. So you're looking at about £1.50 a per serving which is about the same price if you're just having whey isolate, collagen is cheaper per kg if bought on its own so I wouldn't say this represents excellent value but it is convenient if you want both products in one tub, plus the extra vitamins. My only issue is that you're going to go through this quite quick. Ten servings isn't much and especially if you're a bigger person and have more than a standard serving.Didn't have any gastro related issues taking this.

Been boxing 5 days a week for a while now and recently started looking into collagen for joint support. Thought I’d give this a go and I’ve been impressed so far. I take it about 30 mins before training — I don’t follow the exact mixing instructions, just chuck two scoops in a glass with a bit of water, give it a quick stir and down it. Mixes easily, no lumps or mess.Flavour’s actually really decent — not too sweet or fake tasting, which is usually my issue with these kinds of drinks. Even though it’s got sweeteners in it, it doesn’t taste synthetic. Comes across clean and light, perfect if you don’t fancy a thick shake before hitting the gym.I’ve used loads of ON products over the years and they’re always solid. This one’s no different — 10g of protein and 10g of collagen in one go suits me perfectly as a pre-workout. Price wise, I reckon it’s a bit on the steep side — more like a £10–12 range would feel right — but for the convenience and quality, I’ll probably still buy again.Early days but it’s a strong start. Recommended if you want something light before a heavy session.

I've had stuff from the brand before that I really liked, I actually had a pretty similar one that was a different flavour from ON which I loved. This however was not nice at all, I had to force myself to down it, the macros are great but this is definitely not one that is enjoyable which is a shame.Packaging is good and it mixes well but I wouldn't buy again

This Optimum Nutrition Clear Whe powder is a great option if you're tired of creamy protein shakes. The apple and raspberry flavor is light and refreshing, more like a juice than a thick shake. It mixes pretty well, although aI experienceed a bit of froth and lumps initially.Each serving provides 10g of whey protein isolate for muscle support and 10g of collagen peptides, with added Vitamins C and D, which are good for joint health and collagen formation. It's a convenient way to boost my protein intake throughout the day.

This comes in a sealed tub with a well buried scoop. The tub is the normal kind of size for 500g of clear whey isolate but this only contains 240g and as you'd expect the tub is half full. Mine had nearly 2 years of shelf life.It mixes very easily in a shaker with water. It produces a lot of foam initially and needs a couple of minutes to calm down before you can drink it, but this always happens with whey isolate powders.It tastes fairly good, it's got a weak and flat taste with no real nasty sweetener taste.The macros are very good, low fat and sugar with very high protein and low salt. It's very easy to drink and keep down, fine during a workout even with cardio.The protein mix of whey isolate and collagen is a good way to maintain muscle and skin health but you are paying a premium to have them together here. At around £15 for 240g it would be significantly cheaper to buy the whey and collagen separately but if you value the convenience this is a good product.
