I've been taking these tablets to help with digestion and they seem to be working. The ingredients are trusted to help with digestion and I love that they are organic. It says to take them after meals, I do it after breakfast and dinner to space them out.

The packaging is neat and clearly labelled, which gives confidence in the quality.The only drawback is that the tablets are a little on the larger side, so if you struggle with swallowing pills, you may find them a bit uncomfortable. Also, there’s no detailed leaflet included about dosage or benefits, so you’ll need to rely on your own knowledge or advice from a practitioner.

I like this. blend of botanicals and have found that they have supported my digestive health and a good way. Although, you take two tablets a day they are easy to swallow with water as the tablets are pretty small. There is a slight herbal smell off of them that isn’t at all unpleasant. This container will last you for two months if you stick to this recommended dosage. I like the fact that as a vegetarian and organic. Considering you’re getting two months supply and the quality of ingredients, I think the price represents reasonable value for money. They are certainly working for me, and it is something I would consider continuing to take in the future.

This supplement arrived on time. I found the capsules easy to swallow. I take my recommended dosage in the mornings, after which I go on my daily walk, which for me is the most effective time. I am happy to report that after a month of taking this supplement, I have had no negative reactions or stomach upset. I am in my mid-70s, and if you are thinking of taking this supplement, you should do your own reading and research as I did. To study and know the ingredients is important. For me, this product has been a good value, and I am ready to re-order.
Ayurvedic option in a 2-month supply
I ordered this after hearing about the benefits of triphala guggulu and cholesterol as I have been sourcing alternatives to statins. While I cannot attest to this product or triphala guggulu in general, I am pleased with this product so far. The capsules are easy to swallow with liquid and have not caused me any digestive upset or aftertaste. It is certified organic which is a plus. The bottle was sealed internally and externally to indicate no tampering occurred after packaging and to preserve freshness of ingredients. I think the price point for a 60-day supply if you follow dosing recommendations on the bottle makes it a decent value as well.

Hooray for Triphala!
Triphala has been such a blessing for my digestive system! It helps keep things moving along and is great for the immune system and overall gut health. I feel really good about Organic Sprees Triphala blend, and knowing that its a quality organic product. It's been easy to take, and there is a 60 day supply in the bottle.
Powder is a little messy...
Seems fine so far. Doesn't have too much of a smell or taste, but the powder from the tables is a little messy. Added an image in a small ceramic dish to help show, so when taking, you may want to try limiting how much you touch them. It seemed very well packaged and have plentiful cotton stuff in the bottle to help the tablets to not move, but the bottom cotton definitely had a bit of the product powder on them. Even with the powder being a bit messy, the tablets seem pretty solid, and didn't see any broken ones just from peering in at the top of the bottle.
