Hopefully they don’t get stick drift like the previous model

These switch 2 joys cons are a massive improvement on the switch 1 joy cons, feel more robust and well built, the response is excellent and they feel like a much more premium product

Build quality is decent, the cons feel solid in your hands and the material is smooth.The design is slick looking. The clip on edge covers are quite thin though- I can see them snapping along the long side very easily especially handled by a child- or a fidgety adult.Button placement is absolutely dreadful. The L/R buttons wrap around so far down that it's really easy to press them by accident while gripping the controller. The SL/SR buttons for using joycons individually are true shoulders (on each side) but the buttons or joystick (depending on which joycon) are centered meaning to use the shoulder buttons you have to stretch painfully into the centre to use the buttons/stick with your thumb. They're also a little uncomfortable to hold in small adult hands and I imagine children would struggle especially using them individually and not as a pair. Overall a real downgrade on the switch joycons which weren't perfect but were certainly better. A real shame that Nintendo essentially scaled up the old joycon instead of re-engineering it for size, and baffling that they wrapped the L/R buttons around so they're now so easy to hit by accident making for frustrating gameplay. Additionally, as with the original switch, accidentally popping in the right/left stick while engaged in combat is far too easy resulting in often doing the wrong thing and getting murked!I will say however that they clip in to the console easily and seem sturdy. It's just a shame that they're quite uncomfortable to use and poorly designed for their function.

Un peu cher pour des manettes on va pas se mentir (quand ont sait d'autant plus que cest une console familiale donc a plusieurs) mais ce sont les prix imposé par nintendo donc je vais pas répercuter sur la note finale.

Ich bin mit dem Nintendo Joy-Con 2er-Set (hellblau-hellrot) absolut zufrieden! Ich habe mir diese Joy-Cons extra gekauft, um endlich mit meinen Kindern zusammen Mario Kart spielen zu können, und sie erfüllen diesen Zweck hervorragend.Die Farben sind super schön und die Joy-Cons liegen gut in der Hand, sowohl bei Erwachsenen als auch bei kleineren Kinderhänden. Die Verbindung mit der Switch ist wie gewohnt kinderleicht und stabil. Es gab keinerlei Probleme bei der Einrichtung oder während des Spiels.Besonders toll ist es jetzt, dass wir Mario Kart zu viert auf einer Konsole spielen können. Die Kinder lieben es, und auch für mich ist es eine Freude, so unkompliziert mit ihnen zusammen spielen zu können. Die Reaktion der Controller ist präzise, was für Spiele wie Mario Kart natürlich essentiell ist.Qualität und Verarbeitung sind top, genau wie man es von Nintendo erwartet.Für alle, die ihre Nintendo Switch Spielerfahrung erweitern und mehr gemeinsame Stunden mit der Familie verbringen möchten, kann ich dieses Joy-Con Set uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Eine Investition, die sich wirklich lohnt!
