Good things. 1. Looks Good, 2. Easy install 3. Good Price 4. Nice functionality, good pressure on both the jets.Not So good: 1. The first one I had did fail after 6 months, however, I do believe it was a faulty unit. I think the issue was on the shower head, and it blocked the pipe, which ultimately failed.That being said, I contacted the seller, and sent pics of the product, and asked if they could replace it under warranty. They got back to me in less than 24 hours, just to tell me they were dealing with the request, and would be in touch on Monday. By Wednesday I had a replacement unit, no quibbles.So can't give 5 stars, but for all the reasons above, and the good customer services, they get 4. Most of these taps these days are overpriced and made in the same place. This one is cheaper than most, looks better than most, and the company sorted the issue out very well. What more can you ask for?

A really stylish tap if rather bulky. Well made. It does need really good pressure of water. I have high pressure cold water which is fine but the hot water is not really good enough. However overall I am satisfied with it. The weight which pulls the spray head back into position does need a clear space to drop in. I had mine fitted by a plumber.

Very Happy with this Kitchen Faucet!
I bought this faucet to replace an old one, and have been using it for a couple of months. Installation was easy. The 3 spray functions are 1)an aerated stream, 2)a strong spray, and 3)sweep spray. That sweep spray is like a "mini pressure-washer" - it's like a steamy scraper on your pots, even with normal faucet water pressure. The head retracts into the faucet tube and is held in place with a magnet, so it won't sag. We like the look, the finish, and the function of this faucet. And the price was considerably less than comparable items I was shopping for.

We've been searching for a while for a new faucet. We chose this one because of the reviews based on the color we wanted. It did not disappoint. It was easy to install and we really like that it has a weighted retractable sprayer. Even the faucet can turn out of the way of the sink when needed. It is well worth the price we paid.

I'm bought two of these for my kitchen and they have been in use for several months now and have exceeded my expectations. They are very elegant looking and I love the dual spray functions. I like them so much I ordered and installed one in my laundry room also. Excellent value for the money!
