My son and I recently watched the spin off series squid games challenges and are super fans now. So although these are for adults they were fine for my younger tween.Good bright pink case. Perfect for the branding of the series. Games similar to what we watched. We enjoyed it. Good size for travel and light.

These are very high quality cards. I was curious how they'd work as there aren't loads of characters there aren't loads of characters, but it is all the games and situations. They're very well printed and have a nice contrasting design for the points. The case is a soft-touch plastic and the bright pink obviously suits the show. Really nice deck, and a familiar game for killing some time.

I've been a fan of Top Trumps since the 1980s where they were commonplace in schools as nearly everyone played them and had their own set depending on their own interests. For me it was usually sports cars, but through the years I'd happily buy sets with my pocket money of film tie-ins, automobiles, planes, animals etc.It's good to see that Top Trumps are still going strong and continue in the same vein as they always had and this version of “Squid Games” is no exception. I particularly like that it comes in its own bespoke branded case which makes it stand out from the crowd.The card game itself follows the usual theme where each card has a 5 skill rating where the higher the number the stronger chance you have of winning said round. As with all top trumps there are always a couple of cards each player is keen to own as they have the highest win ratio. The game is easy to play, but due to the nature of the theme tie in it has been given a higher age rating then usual, it doesn’t make the game any harder to play just that it’s more adult themed content. The game says 2-6 players but can be played with pretty much as many players as can have a card. It also has a lot of replay value but you can soon become aware of each individual card's values making it slightly easier to win, but there is still plenty of luck and skill involved.At £10 this set isn’t the cheapest Top Trumps available, not what I’d call “pocket money” but it is a limited edition variant with its own personalised case hence its higher price tag.

If you’re a fan of Squid Game or collect Top Trumps sets, this one’s an absolute winner. It’s a fun and well-designed deck that brings together iconic moments and characters from the series, all wrapped up in a bright pink case that fits the show’s style perfectly. The game itself plays exactly like classic Top Trumps – easy to learn, fast-paced, and surprisingly competitive – but with themed categories like Risk, Reward, Skill, and Luck that make it feel more connected to the show.The quality of the cards is solid, with nice glossy prints and clear stats. The trivia adds a bit of extra flavour too, especially for those who enjoyed the series and want a little more from it. I had no issues with the case, though some reviewers mentioned the lid doesn’t snap shut tightly, so worth keeping an eye on that if you’re taking it out and about.All in all, this is a great little gift for older teens or adults who liked the show. These limited edition Squid Game Top Trumps cards come packaged in a really nice designed bright pink case to match the theme of the Netflix TV series. The case doesn’t come in any other outer packaging and is not sealed. When you open the case it has the cards inside sealed in plastic, I wouldn’t say the door on my case complete shuts fully but this might be just a fault on mine.The cards are good quality and designed very well to represent the show, I do like there is fact file section on the card so in your spare time you can have a read through each card. The number stats are easy to read and the layout on the cards is easily to follow.Overall, this is ideal gift to give to someone who is a fan of the show or to a top trump collector who like to collect different version. This card game is ideal to take on the go and play, it’s also quite fun to play with two or more players as it is straight forward quick game to learn and play with others. I am really happy with the quality of the product and would happily recommend.

Classic top trumps gameplay uniquely themed around squid games, with the stats to try and ‘trump’ being Risk, Reward, Skill, Luck and Top Trumps Rating.The cards are good quality with clear colour imagery and text.The bright pink case is very good. I like that they’ve made the hanger removable so it’s nice a compact to take on travels, pub visits etc. The case opening feels a little loose but it does have indents to keep it closed and hasn’t spilled the cards yet!
