Took me a couple minutes to get used to the interface but once that was out of the way it was very quick and easy to set up and all of our internet connectivity issues in the office are a thing of the past. Just make sure your ethernet uplink isn't bottle necked by your network switch or PoE injector, a compatible power supply is 10-15£

I got this to expand my WiFi network in my work cabin, and after a month of use, it's delivered exactly what I needed. Once properly configured, this has transformed my connectivity with much stronger signal and faster speeds than my previous standard extender.Pros:• Excellent performance with speeds on par with our broadband• Much stronger signal coverage than standard extenders• Reliable and stable connectionCons:• Needed updating• Not user-friendly for networking newcomersTP-Link has a solid reputation, and I've used their products before and always found their hardware and apps great. This arrived well-packaged with the power adapter, mounting kit, and the access point itself.The ultra-slim design is perfect for ceiling mounting without being obtrusive. However, initial excitement turned to frustration when nothing worked - I couldn't get it to connect intitially. After some fiddling and understanding how it is powered up and making sure the unit was up to date, I managed to finally get it connected after trying to figure it out via the instructions for about an hour!Once operational, this honestly has transformed my connectivity. Performance has been mostly reliable over the month, with speeds being on par with our superfast broadband.The improvement over my standard extender is remarkable (possibly the better WiFi technology) - much stronger signal and faster speeds make working from the cabin far more pleasant, and this is only just over double the cost. I have no idea why I didn't do it sooner! And as a plus my security camera actually functions now too.Despite setup frustrations, I'd recommend this access point for serious WiFi upgrades. The performance improvements are substantial, and it's been completely reliable once working. Highly recommended and another great product from TP-Link.

I picked up this TP-Link access point to improve WiFi coverage in a separate work area and have been using it for about a few months. Out of the box, it includes the mounting kit, power adapter, and clear instructions. The build quality feels solid, and the slim design makes it easy to mount on a ceiling or wall without standing out too much.Setting it up wasn’t entirely straightforward. If you’re not familiar with networking, the initial configuration and updating process can take some time and patience. It took me a bit to figure out how it needed to be powered and to get it updated before it would connect properly. Once I got past that, the installation through the app and web interface was fairly smooth, with logical menus and a decent amount of control over settings. Just be aware that if your router doesn’t have Power over Ethernet, you’ll need to use the separate power supply, which adds a bit more to the setup process.In daily use, the performance has been consistently strong. The signal is much better compared to standard plug-in extenders I’ve tried in the past, with speeds matching my broadband connection even at the edges of the coverage area. Streaming, video calls, and other work tasks have all been reliable, and I haven’t experienced any dropouts so far.Overall, while the initial setup might be a hurdle for some, the improvement in connectivity has been well worth it. For a larger home office or business setting, this access point is a solid option that delivers stable, high-speed WiFi.

I ordered the AX3000 Ceiling Mount Festa F65 to improve my home Wi-Fi, mainly because the listing said, "Easy setup and use, no professional technician required." Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience.When the device arrived, the setup instructions were very confusing – as someone with little tech knowledge, I couldn’t make sense of them at all. I had to call my friend Marcus, a retired PC technician, for help. Even he struggled to understand the single-page instruction sheet.We were both surprised that the device didn’t come with an Ethernet cable – only a short power cable that wouldn't reach the ceiling, which is ironic for a ceiling-mounted device. After three frustrating hours, we managed to connect it to the router, but sadly, it hasn’t made any difference to my Wi-Fi signal.Marcus is planning to come back next week to try again, and if there’s any improvement, I’ll update this review.For now, I believe tp-link should remove the claim of "easy setup" and make it clearer that additional items like an Ethernet cable and possibly a PoE power supply are needed. Really easy to set up and allows me access from anywhere in my flat. Previously the thick Victorian walls prevented full coverage of my WiFi, but now that has been resolved using this tool

Great Device, Easy to Set-up
This thing is amazing. We used it in a field that has two little league baseball diamonds. It easily provides coverage for the entire field which is 300 feet in any direction from the device. Very easy to setup as well as a stand-alone unit. I would highly recommend this unit.
Wifi outside now
Tried a wifi extender fist to get wifi in the backyard for my security cameras but it didn't work. Set this up as an access point AP and it has worked perfectly with wifi throughout the back yard. Watched a video to help with setup but it was pretty straight forward. Much easier to setup than a ubiquiti AP I had used in the past.
