Why did you choose this product over others?:Multi uses. I wanted one to insulate the exhaust pipe from my portable air conditioner to prevent the heat escaping into the room. It works like magic! I have also put one in each of our cars and given the rest away. Excellent.

I've got caught in heavy traffic because of bad weather (snow) before and was really suprised how cold you can get waiting in your car, especially with the engine off. I picked these up to have peace of mind, but also so I have them in case that happens again. They're really compact, so can easily be stored in the pockets in my car. I haven't had chance to properly test them out yet, but they're a good size and look well-made, so they should do the job well.

Compact and portable warming tool/ blanket for emergency use. It is like a thin foil-like large sheet used as a warming blanket. Can be stored in your car during winter as part of your first aide kit for unexpected events.

These are thin, lightweight but highly portable - ideal to pack on walking days out, Duke of Edinburgh expeditions, Skiing or in the first aid kit in the car ready for those unexpected moments.Why carry them?+ Mylar space blankets are highly effective at reflecting radiant body heat, with the ability to reflect up to 90% of body heat back to the wearer, making them crucial for preventing and treating hypothermia in emergency situations+ They reduce heat loss through convection (loss to surrounding air), conduction (loss to cold surfaces), evaporation (loss through sweat), and thermal radiation (infrared heat emission).+ They can be fashioned into emergency tents, tarps, or rain covers, offering versatile protection against the elements+ They can be used to signal rescue servicesWhy get these ones?+ Yes these are thin "blankets" (you can get thick 6mm rolls of it if you are really serious) but as long as you don't have anything sharp to cut it, I find these are actually strong. Despite their thinness, the Mylar sheets have high tensile strength, allowing for alternative uses such as carrying supplies or creating makeshift slings. Their tiny size and weight makes these no burden to carry+ at just over £1 a sheet, they are highly affordable too.+ at just 50g weight, they won't be noticed in my packOVERALL - I like these - and would be happy to get them again.Delivery was quick - they came the next day which is great service by the store.Was this a help?

These are really useful to have, despite hoping that you might never need to use them! These ones are a generous size (much larger than the ones given out at the end of marathons), though the pack is really compact. I carry one in my running kit bag in case I need one post-race, several in the car, and one in my everyday pack too.

I got this 6-pack of foil blankets as a handy thing to have in case of emergencies.The blankets are individually folded down to a pocket sized 11cm/4.5” x 7cm/2.75”. They are each stored in a handy self-seal bag. This is ideal for stuffing a couple in your car’s dash compartment or a rucksack pocket. They only weigh about 50g/2oz.At 210cm/~7ft x 130cm/4.5ft, these blankets are generously sized to cover an individual or act as shelter covering etc. They are really thin but surprisingly tear resistant.At just over a quid per blanket, they’re good value.Pros 👍:✔️ Handily packed✔️ Good size✔️ Strong but lightweight✔️ InexpensiveCons👎:❌ NoneIn Summary, a great pack of blankets handily packed to stow or carry.
