As someone who frequently uses selfie sticks for filming RC vehicles, I have to say the Vkesen 36" Waterproof Selfie Stick has quickly become my favourite. Its lightweight yet sturdy design is perfect for long filming sessions, especially when I'm walking to a location or filming for extended periods.The stick is incredibly quick and easy to extend, and once locked into place, there's no wobble or slop, which I appreciate.The silicone rubber handle with a diamond pattern is a dream, providing excellent grip and comfort, making it a joy to hold. I also love the 1/4-inch threaded mounting hole at the base, allowing me to attach accessories like tripods, which opens up more possibilities for shots.While I'm really happy with this selfie stick overall, there is one point of confusion. One of the images shows the stick mounted on a small tripod, which made me assume the tripod was included. The image does have a note saying the tripod isn't part of the package, but the text is fairly small, in black, and quite far from the tripod (where my gaze was drawn), so I feel it could easily be overlooked.I would suggest making the text larger or highlighting it in a different colour, and possibly moving it closer to the tripod to make it more obvious. The description does clarify this, but I think the image could do with a little more emphasis.The waterproof feature is a nice bonus for those days when the weather isn't ideal, or when I need to film near water - perfect for my RC boat footage! It's now my go-to selfie stick, and I couldn't be happier with it.All in all, the Vkesen 36" Waterproof Selfie Stick offers great performance, durability, and versatility for filming. Despite the minor confusion with the tripod image, it's a fantastic piece of equipment that I'm excited to continue using for my shoots.

Taking this along for a family outing, I didn’t anticipate it would perform as effectively as it did.The aluminium rod feels robust without being overly heavy, which is useful when carrying equipment in the Highlands.I used it alongside my GoPro Hero 10 to capture some mountain biking runs, and it managed the conditions remarkably well, even during poor weather. The silicone grip is comfortable, although a slightly thicker design would be preferable for larger hands like mine.The extension mechanism works smoothly, offering plenty of length for wide shots, though it did feel a touch unstable when fully extended. On the positive side, the waterproof feature is excellent; I submerged it in saltwater while filming kayaking clips, gave it a rinse afterwards, and it’s still in very good condition.One drawback, however, is that you might need to source an adapter separately if your camera requires one, it’s a shame this isn’t included.

Nonostante sia decisamente leggero con i suoi neanche 160 grammi di peso, devo ammettere che risulta sufficientemente rigido, anche completamente esteso.Merito sicuramente dei tubi di alluminio di cui è composto che inoltre possono contare su di un sistema di bloccaggio alquanto originale; una volta estesi - tutti o solo alcuni, del tutto o solo in parte - possono infatti essere bloccati in qualsiasi posizione mediante un'azione di rotazione in senso orario di pochissimi gradi.Una volta bloccati risultano assolutamente esenti da giochi, confermando la sensazione di solidità.Sul fondo è presente un foro con la classica filettatura fotografica da 1/4 di pollice a passo 20, stessa filettatura che troviamo, stavolta sulla sommità, in un perno ivi situato.Il classico supporto ad alette bloccabili per mezzo di un perno trasversale, che a sua volta sorregge il già menzionato perno superiore, risulta essere fisso, è in plastica e - come tutti i supporti analoghi - consente di l'inclinazione su di un solo asse, cosa che in questo caso non rappresenta affatto un problema, dato che si potrà tranquillamente ruotare il manico mentre lo si impugna; a proposito di impugnatura, quella presente nella parte inferiore di questo bastone è composta di una buona gomma zigrinata che contribuisce a rendere ben salda la presa.In ultima analisi, un bastone da selfie che si eleva decisamente in un panorama anche troppo inflazionato e che a mio avviso rappresenta una buona scelta, avendone necessità.Per le sue caratteristiche non ho alcuna esitazione a definire come congruo il suo prezzo di 21,99 € (al momento di questa recensione), a valutarlo positivamente e a consigliarlo senza alcuna remora.
