I have had many resistance bands before, little stretchy things that you probably use a few days and they start wearing off or get tangled with each other. As i was using them regularly, I decided to invest in some proper bands which are durable and good quality. I am happy i got these and these are well made, well marked and not just coloured for effectiveness and hard enough to not stretch and wear out quickly. These can be used in gym and at home and even for some basic stretching. They are quite thick so initially might be hard to use especially for rehabilitation but with a few stretches, they are perfect. Come in a storage bag but this was my only complaint that once you untangle the bands, there is not enough space for storage in the bag. The bag is useful if you want to carry one or two around but not to store all of them. I have them stored in two individual bags as i just currently use the lower resistance bands. But other than that, these are a effective, well made companion to any exercise routine.

These resistant bands are in good quality. However I received the item in time. But the box was open. I didn’t return. Because each individual band was in a good packing.

Perfect . Have surgery on rotator cuff in 3 weeks . Have done light Physio . June. So in sling 6 weeks they are perfect as had this surgery on the other shoulder 10 yrscago . Tested them out gives great range of exercises and the Handle attachments a game changer . Not looked at the other attachment yet but will 100% pect and good quality to thickness Good on bands

Love the variety of resistance levels, has a good quality feel to them and I am not worried they will snap or break.The gift bag they come in is a bit small for all of the items that you get, but it is lightweight and portable which is good.I'm using these to help recover from the tendonopathy in my shoulder and think they are good value for them cost.
