Ok so, I love the way it looks, it very nicely presented too in the box. You get lots of things with it, sticks of various sizes, 4 sachets of wax, moisturiser, weirdly some moustache stickers? And full instructions.Pros: really does pull those hairs out (remember you need a bit of growth!), it heats up and melts the wax well, easy to clean.Cons: the wax smells awful! And for beginners it takes some getting used to, it would take hours just to do one leg as you need more than one sachet of wax, and it doesn’t spread far because it sets really quickly, but for underarms, face, bikini area it’s perfect.Important to note you must turn the heat down and let it cool slightly before applying to skin or it will burn! Even when turned down and cooled it does feel rather hot on the skin. I think it’s something you have to get used to.

Getting salon-quality results at home has always seemed tricky, but this setup makes the process straightforward. The wax melts evenly without overheating, and the consistency stays just right throughout. No need for multiple passes—each strip lifts hair cleanly, even in tricky areas. The included lotion is a nice touch, calming the skin and reducing redness straight away. Cleanup is simple, with no mess left behind. Everything needed is in the box, making it easy to get started. After a few uses, the results remain consistent, and regrowth feels softer. No irritation or breakouts, which is a big plus. The heater works quickly, and the temperature control prevents the wax from getting too runny or too thick. Works well on sensitive areas without discomfort, making the whole experience much better than expected. Reliable and easy to use, without the usual hassle.

This is the first time I have tried using wax for hair removal so was not sure what to expect.The box contains everything you need and lots of spares as well.As well as the actual warmer with removable silicone pot, you get lots of wooden waxing sticks in three different sizes, some plastic implements for waxing your nose (not at all sure about this though), four bags of wax beads (2 in cream and 2 in pink), a bottle of post wax lotion, instruction booklet and also a card step-by-step guide.I decided to do a skin test first as advised and poured some beads into the silicone pot. I then set the temperature to melt the beads. The instructions said to set it between 65 and 75 deg C, so used 70 deg C.Once the beads had melted, I used one of the wooden sticks to apply some wax to my forearm and left it for about a minute to harden. I then peeled it off. It came off very easily and left a nice smooth hair free patch. I then applied a little post wax lotion.After 24 hours with no sign of irritation, I proceeded to wax my chin and upper lip. I also only heated the wax to 65 dg C as I felt 70 was too hot for me.Again it all worked easily and my fear of dripping wax as I waxed my chin, was unfounded. The wax removed most of the fine 'bum fluff' hair, but was not able to remove the pesky whiskers I am now growing. But these were much easier to see with the other hair gone, and were quickly disposed of with tweezers.The post wax lotion is very soothing but the pump is a little stiff on mine so I have to be careful it does not suddenly depress and lotion shoot across the worktop.I am very pleased with this kit and how simple it is to use and at the current price of £36.99 would fully recommend. Being so comprehensive, it would also make a nice gift.
