Easy to set up and use, the pads send powerful contractions to the muscles (although pain free) giving them a workout. Comfortable to wear while in use. top quality looks and feels great , for the price can’t fault it, 10 out of 10 from me very happy indeed and would purchase again

This EMS muscle stimulator works well, particularly for the biceps and triceps. However, it has a tendency to fall off, which can be frustrating. I found a workaround by using elastic bands to keep the pads in place, but the abdominal pad still struggles to stay on.The memory function with different patterns is a great feature, allowing for a more customised workout. If the device included adjustable straps or bands, it would be a significant improvement.At £20, it’s reasonably priced for what it offers. The rechargeable batteries hold a good charge, and the inclusion of replacement contact pads is a nice touch. However, the charging port is micro USB, which feels outdated—USB-C would have been a much better choice.Overall, it’s a decent product with good potential, but a few design tweaks could make it excellent.
