She was shipped in a paper Bolo shipping bag and the box came slightly dented. Not ideal but it's okay bc the Pumpkin Labubu itself is soooo cute and I'm going to eventually take her out of the box. I was really happy to be able to get it directly from Popmart. Paid a few dollars extra for faster shipping and felt the speed was worth it.
