**Great Heavy Jump Rope – Tough But Beginner-Friendly**This rope has a nice weight to it—challenging at first, but way easier to control than a super-fast lightweight rope if you're still learning. The length is good, and the grips feel solid in your hands. It works your shoulders, back, and forearms hard while also testing your endurance. Definitely a step up from basic ropes, but the extra weight actually makes timing easier for beginners. Good quality, too. Worth it if you want a real workout.

Why did you choose this product over others?:It does the job but the advert is misleading because the rope ends are covered in plastic and they don't not absorb the sweat. I got blisters on 3 fingers after using the rope for the first time. If you are 187cm tall the rope feels a bit too short but the workout is doable. Wearing the gym gloves is a must because when your hand palms are sweating the rope is sliding out of your hand. Fingers are 5 days after using the roap for the first time, the blisters healed a bit. 2 blisters on the left hand and 1 on the right one.

After using one of these in my local gym I wanted one to use at home. This one has not disappointed me. The quality and the strength of the product is extremely high. Great product for building strength with it, in different ways of using it from skipping to swinging it in different motions you can really get a great workout with it. Also it was delivered in under 24 hours
