5.0 out of 5 stars Brilliant! Great results from a smaller more compact ninja!

The smaller dish is great for single portions. Very easy to use. The crispi plate in the large dish is problematic in that it is a very tight fit. This can cause the silicone “feet” to break. I did contact ninja who were very good about it. Registering the item with ninja helps with this process. Very economical to use as it’s such a compact size, I have tried burgers, sausages, roast potatoes, calamari and of course chips all cooked excellently.
5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect small air fryer.
Love it, ideal size for anything from 1 to 4 people. Wether you're just throwing in a some frozen french fries or making something more extravagant, it's brilliant and very easy to use.
4.0 out of 5 stars Great little air fryer!
I don’t normally do reviews, but we looked into air fryers for a good while, before buying this little crispy thing! So maybe we can help you to decide? New houses are very small, (unless you’re rich, but we aren’t!) so space, particularly in the kitchen, is at a premium. So an air fryer is just a little oven? So we thought? Except it’s not. It’s a lot more than that! Most air fryers take up a lot of worktop space, even the one stacked two draws high, this put us off buying one. No room, they get in the way. But the Ninja Crispy is very compact, and you can pack it away. This is a massive plus point. The glass cooking containers are way better than any plastic draw, end of. Easy to clean, does the job, every bit as good as the much bigger, more expensive fryers, even those made by Ninja! It’s a great little time saving, crispy cooking, all singing, all dancing little thing, that we now use every day! It’s a well made, well thought out, modern day cooking miracle! And well worth the money! So what’s wrong with it? Why not five stars? Well, if there are more than two of you, it’s not big enough, but that doesn’t bother us. If you’ve got an hat full of kids, then you’re probably better sticking with the main oven. But if it’s just the two of you, then all you need to do, is choose the colour……. You won’t regret it, I promise!
5.0 out of 5 stars Great Innovation.
Very pleased with the Crispi. It gives great results and takes up less space than a traditional air fryer.
3.0 out of 5 stars Generally disappointed.
I own and frequently used the 120V (US) 4-in-1 model while I was back in the US and was excited to get the 240V (UK) version when it was released, so that I could use it with the overseas electrical system. However, when I received the unit, the four modes were different (US: bake, air fry, max crisp and recrisp vs. UK: roast, air fry, recrisp and keep warm) which seems to significantly limit the recipe options. Additionally, the design of the rubber corner feet on the UK version crisper plate was such that it doesn’t fit down into the bottom of the dish (see attached pictures, UK first and US second) and is completely useless for cooking. I actually had to have my US version crisper plates sent to me from back home so that I could use the new Crispi. So far it’s been good for cooking a steak, fish and chips, and chicken wings, but it’s definitely not the amazing portable kitchen that the US version is. Great idea, bad implementation…
5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing
Easy to use, cooks just about everything, put a whole beef steak in the large container, coated it in honey - ready to eat in 20 minutes!
1.0 out of 5 stars This is NOT the same as the USA version and doesn't have the Max Crisp programme. Much cooler!
I am SO disappointed with this. The first thing to mention is that the UK version is NOT the same as the USA version. The USA version has Max Crisp on the programmes. And goes up to 250. The UK one is supposed to go up to 200, with no Max Crisp programme, but ours only went to 170 and wasn't good for man or beast, so has gone back. Having said all that, I liked it so much before I started to cook anything that needed a higher temperature. It looks nice, and it's easy to use, I loved the glass bowls that could go straight in the dishwasher, and it doesn't take up much space. But if it's not good for cooking, there is no point at all. I'm ordering a halogen air fryer now instead - it will go up to 250 degrees and looks pretty impressive, going from reviews. But very sad about the Ninja Crispi. And they have no plans to do one suitable for the UK. You can buy the USA version but you need a massive transformer that is huge and even too heavy to lift, so it's not feasible to do. I tried to do a dish I've often done in my Tower air fryer that has cheese on top, browned. The Crispi wouldn't produce any colour in it at all. The potatoes in my Tower air fryer come out superb - the best ever, but the best the Crispi could produce was toughened areas on the outside with not much crisp about them - the temperature just wasn't good enough! Such a shame.
5.0 out of 5 stars Good product
I bought this for to use in a motorhome, it did not disappoint, easy to use and clean, plus smaller to store. I only took the small glass dish which was adequate for 2 of us, as soon as I can get another small dish I will.
