I was sceptical at first, but...The device is lightweight, easy to wear, and surprisingly comfortable. I use it for about 15–20 minutes before bed, and it noticeably helps me wind down. My sleep has become more restful and consistent, and I wake up feeling more refreshed. I’ve also noticed a reduction in my overall stress levels — I feel calmer and less reactive during the day.

Product works. App kicks you off when travelling and doesn’t recognise your email address. You try and re join and it tells you your email address exists.Client services good at advising to delete app and retry and no response following that when you explain that it still has an issue.

The science behind this is solid but for this particular device less so which was my experience. When I could get it into the right position it worked, you can believe the hype. However, I had to hold it in place otherwise it would cause facial muscles to contract and was uncomfortable even on a low setting.I will say it definitely lessened my headaches and post workout aches, and I did feel relaxed using it. My HRV also improved and resting heart rate dropped.I’m convinced by the science, just not this device.

Essentially bought it for gut health and promoting wellness but become ritual to use it with meditation and I really craving to use it every day, make my so comfortable and at ease when I am using it. Just check couple of tutorials beforehand as guidance letter is not clear for example like put little towel on back on your neck if you have tiny neck, adjust it properly so you feel vibrations and use it on lvl 5+

Besonders in stressigen Phasen hilft es mir, schneller zur Ruhe zu kommen und abends besser einzuschlafen.Die Anwendung ist sehr einfach: Das Gerät wird am Hals angebracht und über die App gesteuert. Die App ist benutzerfreundlich und zeigt sogar Fortschritte bei der Herzratenvariabilität (HRV) an – das motiviert zusätzlich. Nach regelmäßiger Nutzung merke ich, dass ich tagsüber ruhiger und ausgeglichener bin. Auch mein Schlaf hat sich gefühlt verbessert.Was mir besonders gefällt:• Kompaktes, modernes Design• Leicht zu bedienen• Spürbare Wirkung bei regelmäßigem Einsatz• Personalisierte Programme in der AppEin kleiner Kritikpunkt ist der Preis – 279 € ist nicht wenig, aber wenn man bedenkt, dass es langfristig zur Gesundheit beiträgt, sehe ich es als sinnvolle Investition in mein Wohlbefinden.Fazit: Für alle, die Stress abbauen, besser schlafen und ihre Entspannung aktiv unterstützen möchten, ist das Pulsetto eine tolle, moderne Lösung. Ich würde es wieder kaufen.
Kaum Wirkung - Preis im Bezug auf Technik und Funktion viel zu hoch
Auch nach längerem regelmäßigem Gebrauch kann ich keine Wirkung erkennen, die nicht auch als Placebo-Effekt durchgehen würde.Das Gerät wirkt relativ wertig, ist aber simpel aufgebaut mit jeweils einem Elektrodenpaar auf jeder Seite. Ich konnte bei den unterschiedlichen Programmen keinen merklichen Unterschied feststellen.Das Gerät macht nichts was nicht auch ein einfaches TENS-Gerät abdecken kann. Im Gegenteil, ein TENS-Gerät hat deutlich mehr Funktionen und Einstellmöglichkeiten. Außerdem muss man dabei nicht jedesmal Kontaktgel auf den Hals auftragen und anschließend wieder abwaschen. Das Kontaktgel hat bei mir leichte Hautirritationen verursacht.Als nächstes werde ich die Stimmulation des Vagusnervs am Ohr versuchen. Dies ist übrigens auch mit fast jedem TENS-Gerät möglich. Eine Entsprechende Ohrelektrode lässt sich sehr günstig zukaufen.FAZIT: Für diejenigen bei denen das Gerät wirkt ... Glückwunsch, das freut mich für Euch. Bei mir war keine Wirkung erkennbar. Der Preis ist im Bezug auf die technischen Funktionen meiner Meinung nach absolut übertrieben.
Ladekabel fehlt
Paket zwar erhalten doch nicht vollständig. Das Ladekabel fehlte leider. GsD habe ich ein Kabel von Iphone und darüber lässt sich das Gerät auch laden. Ob die Behandlung hilft muss sich mit der Zeit zeigen
Kein Update möglich
Beim Firmware Update festgestellt das mir ein ‚Altes‘ Modell gesendet wurde -welches sich nicht mehr updaten lässt . Leider habe ich die Verpackung gleich entsorgt …
