Gave these to the fella to try, despite size were easy to swallow, he takes them about an hour before bed and although he doesn't admit it i can see he's sleeping much calmer and longer through the night

Great quality magnesium glycinate. The bottle contains 120 capsules which will last you 2 months if you take the recommended 2 per day. Each capsule contains 150mg, thereby giving you 80% of your recommended dose of magnesium if you take the 2 each day. Vegan fomulation.

I take magnesium because it may ease cramps and promote sleep.I tried to tell you more about my reasons, but we are not allowed to discuss anything that may be construed as a health claim.Although not a newbie to magnesium supplements, I am new to this particular formulation of magnesium glycinate (bisglycinate).The supplements are presented as largeish white to off-white capsules, which are suitable for vegetarians and vegans. I find them easy to swallow despite their size. There is little discernible smell or taste.The recommended dose is two per day, providing 300 mg of magnesium.WebMD says that supplements of less than 350 mg daily should be safe for most people, so these are comfortably inside that.A side-effect of magnesium supplementation can be upset tummy, but I have not noticed any issues.I was slightly disappointed that these do contain bulking agents (cellulose and calcium phosphates). I question the need when the tablets are so big.At £8.99 for a two-month supply at the time of writing, they seem reasonable value for money.The country of origin is listed as Germany.

Magnesium glycinate appropriately priced.There are two main types of magnesium out there, glycinate is often viewed as premium for night-time/ rest, so often gets ridiculous pricing (which noone buys). This is an ok price point, so gets a 5 stars rating from me.

El glicinato de magnesio e magnesio unido a glicina, un aminoácido.Se considera una de las formas más suaves para el estómago.Tiene múltiples beneficios como favorecer el sueño, reducir dolores musculares, mejorar la recuperación.Yo lo tomo por la noche, y me ayuda a descansar y a nivel de dolores lumbares.No me repite, ni me sienta mal. Recomiendo tomar con bastante agua.
