This is my first smart ring (hence not purchasing something too pricey).Really pleased with it (had it 10 days now), easy tracking app (I have iOS) and mostly accurate data (BP, SpO2, steps) sleep tracking is a little suspect. Battery requires a recharge every three days. I'll change my sync' setting to see if this improves.

It is good and gives you all the information, it clears information at midnight and that is not stored on the app. However it is like all of these things it doesn't recognize walking on a carpet and slippers, so housework doesn't count as work đ ok so this is an update after 40 days it now no longer works itt cannot retain steps and resets to zero, and according to the ring I have not slept for two days. And I have no pulse. The update is I now cannot send it back so don't waste your money

I really wanted to like this ring, but unfortunately the sleep tracking just isnât accurate at all. There have been multiple nights where I know for a fact I was awake (e.g. getting up to use the toilet), yet the ring recorded zero awake time and rated my sleep as âgreat.âBecause of this, I donât feel like I can trust any of the other data it provides.

I found the ring instantly comfortable.Easy to load the App, tracks all I need it to - which was mostly my steps.Battery lasts well - nearly a whole week and thatâs with constant wear.Didnât want to go for an expensive ring to begin with and am glad I chose this one - worth the money

WHAT DO THESE SIZES MEAN????I bought a size 7 as there was no conversion chart.It wouldn't even fit on a little finger.According to Google, I need a 3.75 size... So when something goes from 7-14... What does it mean???I've sent mine back with immediate effect. Pointless waste of time.At least have some sort of conversion chart!

Kann man machen, muss man aber nicht
Der Ring sitzt bequem und angenehm am Finger.Allerdings verbindet er sich nur gelegentlich mit der App, wenn diese den Ring ĂŒberhaupt findet.Die Datenerfassung ist auf anfrage in der App oder alle halbestunde automatisch(also keine Echtzeitdaten).Die App ist simple gestaltet und gibt dir stehts das GefĂŒhl das sie abgestĂŒrzt ist.

La fonction de suivi de sommeil est relativement peu complĂšte, les informations relevĂ©es semblent bien alĂ©atoires (dĂ©faut du compte dâheure de sommeil ainsi que du nombre de rĂ©veil par exemple)Pour les battements cardiaques la bague semble fonctionner correctement, je ne mâamuse pas non plus a compter mes battements a chaque minute pour vĂ©rifier. Mes propos ne sont pas une vĂ©ritĂ© gĂ©nĂ©rale.Pour ce qui est de lâoxygĂ©nation et de la pression artĂ©rielle je ne connais pas mes constantes alors je ne peux pas en dire grand chose. Le compteur de pas semble Ă©galement fonctionnel et suivre Ă temps plein lâactivitĂ© de la journĂ©e.Pour ce qui est de lâaspect de lâapplication (Apple pour moi) jâai trouvĂ© la mise en place du dispositif assez simple et rapide, pour les personnes Ă©tant dĂ©jĂ relativement a lâaise a lâidĂ©e de connecter un appareil bluetooth Ă une application.La synchronisation sur lâapplication se fait toute seule a chaque lancement de lâapplication une fois la bague connectĂ©.Pour le point de la batterie je suis trĂšs satisfait, jâavais entendu dire quâelle ne tenait que 2j sur les 4 annoncĂ©s et pourtant je recharge la mienne 1 fois tout les 4/5jours environ.Lâaspect stylistique est Ă©galement trĂšs satisfaisant.Pour un bilan global compte tenu du prix, de la qualitĂ© peu crĂ©dible de certaines informations, mais dâun bon design, câest un bon achat pour sâacheter une bague pas cher, dĂ©couvrir le monde du connectĂ© ou sâinitier au outils analytiques.
