I’ve been using the Medicube face device for a few weeks now, and I’m seriously impressed with the results! The device is super easy to use and feels gentle on the skin while still delivering noticeable effects. It has several modes that target different skin concerns like fine lines, acne, and overall skin texture, which makes it a great all-in-one tool.

Battery issue, seller didn’t respond
My device came with a battery issue, it was getting a full charge. At most 25% of the battery that was being charged. The device had to be 24hs puggled so I could use it. I reach out to the brand as it is under the 1 year warranty, they asked me to contact the seller from Bolo, and they never responded. The due date for a response was on 01/12 today is 01/15. I was looking for a replacement as I wanted de product. I bought it on a sale so it wasn’t worthy to return and buy another full price. But now I just gave up, I’m returning and I’m no longer interested on their products.
