The best hosepipe I have purchased. Very strong fixings for wall mounting. The hosepipe itself is made of quality material and is unlikely to kink even with time.Not the cheapest on the market but we’ll worth the money.

It's a good mounted hose reel, but quite heavy; the quality is very good. It has a nice long hose and is easy to mount. The design is very functional, easily retracts, and there is no leakage. It works well for my needs.

This is a good retractable hose thats easy to fix on the wall and use.I would recommend fixing to a wall as the unit does have some weight. Once installed on the wall the operation is easy.The action seems quite smooth when pulling out and stops fine when you have pulled out enough. Retraction is fine but you do need to help guide or it just gets a little stuck, If this happens just pull it out a little and then ratract and it should be fine.Length is good at 30m and should be long enough for most modern gardens.5 stars from me. No more hose pipe left lying on the floor after use

It’s a very smart looking hose and the rewind function is smooth and effective, however the spray attachment frequently comes off, I think I will need a jubilee clip to correct.

The hose pipe unit was packed well in a thick cardboard box. It comes with clear instructions and mounting bolts for wood and brick walls. There's additional info for other mounting surfaces. We installed this onto a wooden wall using the supplied template. A socket set was usefull to tighten the hex bolt heads, but they do work with a screw driver. Once in place the unit operated with ease , and as described. The only thing to check is the attachment on the end of the hose as ours wasn't on tight enough so it popped off. The multi pattern spray head is adequate, but I've used better after market versions. The only issue I have is with the colour of the unit - it's designed to suit a more contemporary stone garden and doesn't really match our green / wooden environment.
