Resveratrol is normally associated with the likes of red grapes and red wine, and has a range of researched and documented health benefits. But not everyone can gorge themselves on grapes, and of course red wine (like all alcohol) should only be enjoyed in moderation. If you want to ensure you are getting resveratrol in your diet, they you may want to consider a supplement such as this one from "Nature Diet."Most of the organic compound in this case comes from Japanese Knotweed extract, so it is from a more natural form and also suitable for the likes of vegans. You will in theory get a good daily amount of trans-resveratrol (500mg from 2-capsules a day), and it's important to note there is no established "recommended" intake. I'm not saying "go crazy" with it and take more than the packaging recommends, but I say this as I feel it is unfair for some other reviews to basically say "other products will give you more resveratrol." More isn't always best is it? In the case of this supplement there are no unnecessary fillers, artificial additives and so forth.While it could take some weeks/months to see if these are any benefit to you (feel free to research from a more expect source than me online), considering the cost I feel that they do offer value for money considering. The only thing I struggled with here, was swallowing the capsules themselves. They are the "typical" size you would see with capsule supplements, and the same size as my omega-3 supplement, but the coating (or lack of) makes me struggle. Typically, I'll put the capsule in my mouth, then take a gulp of water and swallow, but I did struggle with these. They are not impossible to swallow, and you might be able to do it better than I can, however for me I would have loved a better coating or slightly smaller physical size.

As t this point in evaluating these supplements I can't say that I have noted any for or against aspects. They are easy to swallow re shape etc; there is no aftertaste that I can note; in addition I haven't had any tummy upsets.

With Resveratrol I’ve given up on hoping they will keep me looking younger but they provide a huge amount of health benefits and are typically quite costly to buy. Whilst these are no exception, they do stand out for their purity and source.This brand has become recognised and has correct certifications on other products so they have credibility, which can be worth paying for in itself. But it still needs to be a good product and this ticks all the right boxes.We added these to our daily supplements and it’s been good so far. My wife feels like they have made a noticeable difference. I can’t say the same. These are more for maintaining health, as far as I know, and work more behind the scenes. I’m quite okay with that.The pills are easy to swallow even if slightly large. There’s no taste other than capsule taste. You get 60 in there so 2 months worth. For the cost they are good. You are partly paying for the brand confidence and that’s okay as the quality is good. We’re happy with them.

Happy with these capsules, have not had an issue with them and it's great that they're vegan capsules because I can take them without having to worry about gelatin. It's easy to swallow, no weird tastes, positive results.
