5.0 out of 5 stars Much better for pizza than regular flour

    D. · 2 August 2025

Yes this is a bit dearer than supermarket bread flour, but you really can tell the difference when making a pizza. It is a type 0 flour which means it's finer than regular flour - even better would be a 00, which I've yet to try!Nonetheless what you get with this is a super light and airy pizza dough that is nicely elastic when stretching it out before cooking, and which rises into near-perfect pizzeria quality crust in a hot oven.My usual pizza recipe uses about 1/3 of this pack and makes two good size pizzas, so if I can get 6 really good pizzas from this pack (which is again slightly smaller than the usual supermarket size) then it is actually very good value for money.Really pleased with this and would definitely buy it again - some things are worth paying a little more for, and it's still loads cheaper than eating out!

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Quality Flour

    l. · 7 August 2025

This is a great quality flour which has changed the way we make pizza in our house. We used to just use plain supermarket flour and had not considered a finer flour but it makes the pizza base more authentic and it tastes really good.It is more than I would tend to spend on flour but it is great quality. Maybe just for special occasions or to wow your visitors.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great for pizza dough!

    A. · 18 July 2025

I've been making my own pizzas for a while now, but have found a lot of flours aren't great for making pizza dough that can hold itself when making a thin crust.Thankfully, this flour has solved that problem! While it does come at a slight premium in terms of price it has a lot of bang for its buck. It's a very high quality product that helps the dough maintain its elasticity during preparation and hold its shape once cooked. It makes a lovely pizza dough and even makes a light enough deep pan with a fluffy texture that makes even that style of pizza a delight.

4.0 out of 5 stars Expensive for what it is but good quality

    D.S. · 11 July 2025

If you're looking to make high quality baking goods for special events this is great. It isn't the most economical for general use but I really think it's a good choice for events. The bread I made rose well, had a great texture, and tasted fantastic so it makes some great quality products. Overall, a good option but expensive for what it is.
