This item was ordered as a birthday present for a family member and was very well received, as she loves things like this (both crafting and magic themes). She has not had the chance to construct it yet, but it has been opened so I have been able to look through the contents.It was a bit of a shame that the box wasn’t packaged, so the extremely sticky shipping label was just stuck to the bottom of the box, which is far from ideal for a gift. The box was sealed with Sellotape though, and the individual packets inside also arrived sealed.I don’t know if this product has been updated since some of the other customer reviews or I just got lucky with mine, but glue was included. There are a huge number of pieces and props in this kit, and they all look decent quality, including the wood. The ‘stencilled’ items appear to have been well and neatly cut, no rough edges or poor workmanship that could create issues with the construction, at least as far as I can tell.My kit also included quite an extensive instruction booklet detailing all the included items (a lot), how to prepare all the props and materials (including which parts to glue to what), and a step-by-step guide on how to construct the set. It’s all in English, some of it obviously translated or non-native, but it’s still more than easy enough to understand the meaning.As I say, this is quite a comprehensive kit. Assuming all necessary parts are included in your order, I think this is a reasonably priced item that makes for a great gift (apart from the lack of packaging) and should keep the intended recipient engaged for quite some time.

This hasn't come with glue, so I haven't started this project yet.I am aiming to do this during the winter period and have it ready for Christmas, as I love the look of this. (from the main description and main picture).

Missing 28 pieces, no glue, instructions in Chinese (had to read via Google translate just to check contents). Box not sealed so anything can be removed at any time.

I have not yet started building this set as unfortunately the box did not contain any glue. It looks to be a challenging build but will hopefully be worth it!
