The stimulation levels were adjustable, so I could start low and gradually increase intensity as I got used to the sensation.Application was straightforward: moisten the pad areas slightly, position it, and switch on. It surprised me how quickly I felt noticeable engagement in my abdominal region. Bought this product as my son recommended after I’d bought it as a gift for him and he made such a big deal that I had to get one for my husband. He loves it and will sit in front of the tv with it on. So easy to set up and every little helps!
