I recently got a quite expensive set of earbuds, I've had problems with this type before so in order to be sure they'll stay where they belong as least until I decide on the best tips to use I figured these hooks would be a good idea.They fit the buds just fine but positioning them has proven to be less easy, my bud don't conform to the usual straight parallel post style which means they have a slight tendency in the hook fitting to turn away from where I want them, what makes it more irritating is that obviously to charge them I have to take the hooks off so even when I do get them just right they can't just stay on.That much is down to the design of the buds but the hook isn't really that good either, it's too loose around the ear, I've tried them on a more usual design of buds and it's the same with those.It works well enough but they don't really feel secure.They are quite well made & the mouldings are fine but some kind of wire inside the hook so you can bend them to a shape and position that suits the individual would be a better idea.As I said, they are much better than nothing but they are trying a one shape fits all approach which doesn't really work with ears, they basic idea however is a good one.I'll keep looking around for a solution that suits me better.
