This spray has a decent light mint flavour and is easy to spray.To early to say if its helping me or not but hopefully time will tell.

It seems to do the job. Just shake the bottle and 2 sprays under the tongue or inside of the cheek. Job done.The spray itself is very light and seems to absorb quick and easy enough.It's supposed to be Peppermint Flavour but in reality that's a bit of a stretch as in my opinion it's actually quite chemically, but not unpleasant.My wife and I have been using this for the best part of a year and have it on a subscribe and save. I do feel it works in boosting the immune system as neither of us have had any colds, flu or other similar ailments and like the fact the Vitamin D is combined with K to aid it's absorption and the best processing by the body. The 4,000iu of D3and 120ug of K2 is generous and in my opinion well advised/ warrantied and does seem ideal to me.Each bottle seems to last about 7 to 8-weeks and has a life expectancy of a year from the bottles I've received.I would have like to have scored this as 4.5 stars with the small score drop only because of the lack-lustre taste, otherwise it's very good and recommended.

If I could give 0 I would. Revolting flavour, chemically and just nasty, chucked them away. Don't recommend and 100% won't buy again.

Absolutely love the spray. It's so easy to use and most definitely gets into your system alot quicker than tablet form. Just two sprays under my tongue each day ensures I am getting my daily dosage. Thank you so much.
