Keeping a dogs teeth clean and healthy can be a problem. There are of course various treats and chews that will help, but don't always fully do a perfect job, can be expensive and some dogs just simply don't like them. Similarly manual teeth cleaning tools can be used, but again you need the compliance of your dog to use these sensibly and get good results.So, I decided to try this, at first it seems an odd concept a powder that you simply sprinkle on your dogs food and has questions such as will it put my dog off eating his meal? Will it work? How effective is it?Well, I've tried it and my dog takes no notice of it being sprinkled on his food and punches into it just like normal and the bowl is clean when he's finished. At the same time it does seem to be effective as although I also do give him teeth cleaning chews his teeth definitely appear cleaner and his breath is undoubtedly better than normal being far less 'doggy' if you know what I mean. This powder may seem a bit expensive, but if you can afford it I would recommend you try it if you have teeth cleaning issues with your pet.

I've tried a few of these things over the years and the liquid that you add to water seems to work better for my dogs than any of the powders.However, I have switched to powder, partly due to cost.Having tried this version I will be cancelling my subscription to the other powder and switching to this.It is bright green. I thought my dogs might turn their noses up (looks like spirulina powder to me with has an unpleasant taste), but actually they are quite happy to eat it. Seems a little better than the previous powder I used at reducing breath smells.For the price this will last ages and I think is good value. Takes a week or two to notice a difference, but it's well worth the effort.

Works well and Lucy doesn't mind it. Lucy is our wee Shar Pei. She has a couple of wee scoops in her food once per day. If they taste of anything she likes it. The powder is fine enough and mixes in well.Her teeth look good, and there is no adverse smell from the powder or her breath.

I used this plaque remover for my cat.Just as per instructions 1g per day.My cat eats it, was a bit sceptical at first, but then he did eat it and now use to it.As only been few days, can't comment it has made any difference. But I do like the ingredients. So I am hopeful as our next step is cat dentist that is very costly.The tub is masive, plenty there for my pet. Good value for money.

I have long been a fan of giving my dogs seaweed for their teeth and I always introduce as a puppy, firstly so they get used to having it on their food, but also so it works as a preventative to keep their teeth as clean as possible. I have also used it on an older dog, who had never had it before and they really didn't mind it being mixed into their food and although it didn't miraculously make their teeth sparkle, it did help to a decent degree to get the teeth in a better condition and stop them getting any worse. This is a very good sized pot and would last a long time if you only have 1 or 2 smaller pooches.

As soon as I opened this I thought of Matcha, green tea powder which is healthy for humans so I wanted it for my dog. I have been sprinkling a spoonful over his food daily, the little measure spoon is included in the tub. My dog has ate his food eagerly as always, in fact he seems to know that Iam putting something on his food. He is only young so his teeth are perfect but hopefully using this powder regularly they will stay that way. The tub is large, then the tea is in a foil bag to keep it fresh and only using a small amount it should last a long long time, great value.
