This is a great option for all your supplement needs in one easy-to-go pack. There are 11 tablets though, so if you don't like swallowing, these might not be for you. That said, it is hugely comprehensive and for the price and ease is well worth considering.I also like that I can throw a pack in my bag for when I have breakfast on the go and am not at home in the morning.

The daily dosage of tablets and capsules are contained within a 30 day supply of individual sachets which come in a huge transparent plastic tub.The list of ingredients included is extensive and seem to tick all of the boxes when it comes to supplying your daily supplemental needs. I think it’s worth noting that you should check the list extensively in case of medicinal conflict.As there are so many tablets in each sachet, it’s quite a feat to take them in one go. They’re mostly tasteless but there’s a strong odour that comes from the sachet once opened. I’ve taken the advice of consuming them with a meal. The suggestion is at breakfast time, but in order to avoid complications with my existing medicine I wait until lunchtime.You could buy all these ingredients separately but it’s good you can save some of the hassle.With regard to effectiveness, it’s hard to judge how supplements affect people. I know from my experience that consistency is the key. I haven’t had any intestinal issues taking these so far and will continue with them.
