Clarinaze Hayfever Relief is a daily nasal spray for the relief of symptoms caused by seasonal allergies like hayfever and can be used for up to 1 month. It contains mometasone furoate, one of a group of medicines called corticosteroids, which when sprayed into the nose, can help to relieve inflammation (swelling and irritation of the nose) caused by an allergic reaction to airborne pollen from trees, grasses, and weeds. It is important to take your nasal spray regularly for up to 24-hour relief from sneezing, itching and a blocked up or runny nose, and sinus discomfort. Full benefit from Clarinaze may take up to 48 hours.
Ingredients
Mometasone furoate, dispersible cellulose, glycerol, sodium citrate, citric acid monohydrate, polysorbate 80, benzalkonium chloride, purified water.

For me it has worked. It kicked into effect about 2 to 3 days after first using it. Still a little expensive but not sure I can buy cheaper for the equal buy?

Don’t waste your money, does absolute nothing to stop my nose running like a tap etc… it’s garbage… onto the next nasal spray that might save the day for me because this one failed miserably

This Clarinaze spray does work on my blocked nose and other symptoms but I wouldn't say it is better than cheaper alternatives although the bottle does include 60 sprays, so effectively 1 month's supply.
